The rug would have worked for me, if it had been the right color. They said it was Khaki, but it was more of a light mauve, almost pink. Then when I wanted to send it back, they said they would give me a 10% discount to keep it. When I said I had no use for the rug, they charged me $70.00 to return it. Just a crazy experience! I will not buy another rug from them again. Beware!

You call this a rug?

I bought 2 rugs. The other rug is fabulous & thick, but this "rug"? It looks NOTHING like the photo! The photo shows a plush, beautiful rug, but no. It is thin & very poorly made! The edges are so thin they curl & nothing will flatten them. In fact, think rice paper or paper towel thin. I stacked books around the perimeter, up to my 9' ceiling for days, but that curl is like a bad perm; it's staying. It's as stubborn as a donkey climbing a hill, it's not moving. I'm generously leaving a 1 star review.

My rug arrived late, but I understand since it’s the holidays and during Covid. I do wish however, that it wouldn’t say that it would arrive 3 days after purchase. They need to update that. I didn’t have a problem at all with customer service. They were very helpful. I was worried when purchasing this rug based on some reviews I saw, but I needed this color rug and they were the only company who had what I was looking for. I’m happy I made the decision to order it! It’s very comfy. I haven’t vaccumed it yet, it seems like it would be very easy to mess it up so I’ll be super careful when I do that.
