My fan light arrived by fed ex and was intact. However it is not as pictured, having a lot of navy blue glass around the roses, rather than the white that was shown. It was expensive for just a lamp shade, and the dark blue glass allows very little light to pass through, so I am returning it. It seems well made and good quality, and I would have been very happy with it if it had been as shown in the picture.
