Arrived Damaged

While the item arrived in a timely manner which rated the one star, when I opened the mailing carton, the lamp was wrapped in protective foam, in two pieces (shade and base) but not in the original lamp box. The lamp base which consisted of several pieces arrived already put together, however, it was cracked, crooked, and wobbly so it will be returned.

Very pretty lamp. I purchased it for my office which is painted a navy blue and the colors work perfectly.

Lamp is different from picture, knockoff

The two lamps I received looked similar to but were not the lamps identified in the photo. The lamp wasn't 19" high, (only 18 which makes a difference as the lamp shade looks very low when attached), the ornamentation on the top of the arm was floral and nothing like the picture, also the lamp is green and purple versus amber with tones of other colors. The four screws you can see in the picture that appear to hold the shade on are absent as well. Additionally, the lamp base feels and looks very cheap, This is not the same lamp as shown in the picture, I would recommend purchasing from another vendor withe the actual product, even though QVC is the cheapest.

Simply Stunning.

I absolutely adore this lamp. The glasswork is gorgeous, the details on the base are lovely. It does not come with an on/off switch, however, but I got one at a local hardware store for $10 that had a dimmer on it, which ended up making the lamp that much sweeter.
