I was very disappointed in the lamp when it arrived. The harp did not fit into the base of the lamp and the base itself was very light as compared with the shade. The color was muddy and not as appears in the photo..over all it was not worth the price. Sending the lamp back took over a week as the manufacturer complicated the return procedure. Lighting direct was not the problem...it appeared to be the manufacturer.
