Good size, nice colors

Beautiful for photos. Nicely sized, and it gets used daily. Almost 3 years and still perfect.

Never received order.

Never received order. It was sent to a PO box, after I was told by the Cricut rep it would never be shipped as Cricut does not ship to a PO box. Yet, it was shipped. It was refused and sent back by the post office. This has been going on for over 2 months now. Cricut will not refund my money, although the product has been returned and confirmed by the Cricut reps I have spoken with. They have dishonestly said I was refunded, yet the bank has confirmed that is untrue. Cricut has both the product and my money. I currently have 2 machines, a heat press and a mug press. Prior to this, I owned 3 other machines. I will never purchase another Cricut product again. Cricut has lost me as a customer.

Great mug - used this for sublimation as a gift. Looks a lot nicer than bag standard sub mugs. Have since bought a few more in other colours.

Was quite happy with the product, but it’s important to open each individual box if you want consistency in size and quality. I bought 3 mugs, 2 were not the same size (slightly off in height and mug opening), and 1 had an imperfection on the handle and had to be returned.

Love the quality of this mug. While I like most of the color combinations available, I think this is the most versatile. Can make woodland look, garden or cactus designs. Also, names, animals with grass bottom. Don’t forget all the holiday designs. Wish this came value packs.

The colored handle and interior make this much nicer than the plain white mugs, and it took the sublimation picture I made using my Brother SP1 sublimation printer perfectly. The colors were vibrant and the recipient of my handmade gift was ecstatic. I will be buying more of these in the various colors offered.

I love these cups. I love designing on them. The only thing that I wish Cricut would do for us designers is add hex codes. Especially with items like these, it would make design details so much easier!!

I love these cups. I placed an order online it told me that the cups would be shipped, and I had to pay extra for the shipping. So, I removed them from my online order pick up. But when I got to the store they were on the shelf and I purchased several cups at the store that day I picked up my order.
