Horrible product Life, Worse Customer Support

I purchased this vacuum and received it July 2023. Used it weekly with light use. Went to use it a few days ago and it was so loud, I knew something was wrong. After changing batteries, and making sure there was no blockages, I tried to use it again and it was still loud and started to smell. The motor is bad. I reached out to Samsung and they gave me about 6 phone numbers to call before I finally got through to someone to help. I had to submit a claim through Assurant and they won't even repair the vacuum, but want to send me a reimbursement check that does not even cover the cost to replace the vacuum (which is much cheaper now then it was last year)! The manual clearly states that the motor has a 10 year warranty but I have to pay Samsung to ship the vacuum to them for repair and then pay for the repair, but the cost is not clear but they want a credit card on file for the process. The vacuum is less than 1.5 years old! I've owned Dyson and Shark vacuums that I will now continue to use because I will never buy another Samsung appliance. I know I have had Shark replace a vacuum over 3 years old, no questions asked. All I wanted was a replacement motor to which I would have installed myself. I also owned the JetBot vacuum with the clean station that only lasted 2 years, even with 1 warranty repair after it was only 6 months old. I just love throwing away $600+ vacuums in the garbage. Do better Samsung.

Best of all, I don't have to worry about dust flying around when emptying the bin, which is a game-changer when raising kids. No more clouds of dust filling the air—it's just so easy and stress-free! My life has become so much easier with this vacuum. It's simply the best!

Lies...Don't buy it!

I bought this vacuum in Feb 2024 with such high expectations. They battery does NOT last more than 20min on the lowest setting and you can forget about having a 2nd charged battery on hand so don't even shell out the extra $150 for it. It cannot be charged while using the vacuum and doesn't hold the charge when sitting off of the vacuum, so for my use it is useless. At the huge price tag, I expected much more and to at least be able to vacuum the main floor of my home on a single charge. Two chats with customer service yielded no resolution and I am out $500 bucks on a vacuum that holds no use for me. DO NOT BELIEVE THE 'UP TO 60 MIN' RUN TIME, ALL LIES!

Total piece of junk. Save your money. Quality is abysmal. cheap, plasticky. Looks gorgeous on the website. No so much in person. I used it literally one time. and the display said something was stuck in brush. I looked and nothing was there. It did then develop this awful vibration from the brush hood. I wouldn't give this to an enemy for their birthday. Plus it said specifically 1 "Free returns." I go to return it and there's a 5% restock fee of list price! Not even the sale price I bought it for. Ripped off by SAMSUNG again. Big Shocker. seriously this thing is GARBAGE!

[Rewarded Review] convenience of a cordless but battery limitation

powerful and full featured vacuum. better than dyson in my opinion. also includes a base where it sucks the all the dust and trash from the vacuum into a hepa sealed sanitary bag - which i think is one of the biggest advantages over other cordless vacuums- it is one of the main reasons i bought this over dyson. also as with other cordless vacuums the limitation is in the battery. they all state an hour of usage but that is at "medium" suction power on a full charge. if you go to a higher suction like max or jet power it decreases to like 25 min to 12 minutes. only one battery is included- addtional batteries are $140 each.

[Rewarded Review] Great Secondary Vacuum

Suction is pretty good and is more maneuverable than most. Gets in tight places. The negatives in my opinion. Battery life is a bit short. Battery life is really short if you use the high setting. There is no secondary charger for a spare battery. Once you dump the battery, it takes roughly 2 hours to charge. The debris container is also a bit small. I’d you’re using the vacuum for small jobs here and there, it’s great. Don’t expect to vacuum the whole house with it.

I’ve had this vacuum for 2 months, it’s been working well. Suction is powerful. The brush has two different brushes, so it’s better at picking up the medium size pieces on the hard floor than my Dyson V7. The bag suction collector works great. The blue color is beautiful. I love that it tells you your battery percentage on the little screen. And if there are errors it says, rather than having to guess what’s wrong.

[Rewarded Review] Would recommend especially when in sale (75 off)

Solid vacuum great power, munervabilty and features. The vacuum stand sucks out the dirt from the vacuum letting you have very little to no mess with it also letting it take up a small amount of space. The accessories they give are alright kind of cheap and damage easily but also not expensive to replace. My one big gripe about this is that they dont give you a accessory carrier which i had to buy off of ebay for 60 dollars which are only included in england, Ireland, and Australia. Lastly it is also good for cleaning a car interior because of the accessories.

Beware the warranty battle. Otherwise good.

Own two Bespoke and one Jet 90. All have the self emptying station. The new Bespoke bought in the summer of 2024 (white no bells and whistles) has been a nightmare. Constantly falls apart. You adjust the telescope rod... falls out of the unit. You vacuum... rod falls out of the unit. You hang it into the self cleaning station... you already know. Yeah, I thought I was doing something wrong. Nope.

Loved the older version

I had the previous version of this $800 and when it stopped working I couldn’t get replacement part (I got Best Buy’s warranty so they let me exchange for this one) but this one doesn’t come with any attachments or extra battery or the cradle. I would’ve loved to keep my old ones but in order to do the exchange at Best Buy I had to return everything. For $700 and it doesn’t come with 3 attachments/ accessories and on their own are $150 each is ridiculous. Also you can’t purchase the accessory cradle even if you wanted to.

[Rewarded Review] Dust Reduction is amazing at my house.

I bought this a few months ago and it is the best vacuum I have owned simply for the fact that it retains all the dust. I have asthma and this is amazing for me. Regular vacuums put it all in the air as you vacuum even with the Hepa filters. This one pulls it into the canister and i have not been reacting to the dust. My husband used to do all the vacuuming due to this, but now I can do it without an issue. I was worried that the little bags would fill up too soon, but i was mistaken. They have lasted about 2 months of daily or every couple of days using the machine. We even have pets, so this is wonderful!!

I had the old Jet vacuum cleaner downstairs and another popular premium brand upstairs. I was tired of mounting them to the wall so I decided to give the Bespoke Jet Cordless and the All-in-One Clean Station a shot and wow am I impressed. the suction power, the ease of use and the runtime all make this a great choice. Just pick it up, make sure the bottom is closed and go to town, its always empty and always charged. Plus I got the midnight blue, so I can just stick it in the corner of the room and it doesn't look like a vacuum hanging out that should be hidden, so I can always grab it when I need it, big job or small.

It’s a good vacuum for small messes. The suction is great but what drew me away was the battery. It lasts roughly 18min on Turbo mode. The trash receptacle is also on the smaller side.

[Rewarded Review] Best Vacuum EVER

I absolutely LOVE my Bespoke vacuum! I got it recently and I watched a Youtuber reviewing it comparing it to the dysons and shark vacuums, the sunction and battery life is way better than all of them. I always noticed everyone complaining about the Dyson. I wanted something similar in appearance but I hated the color way of the dyson. I wanted something super light aswell. I did so much research on vacuums before buying and i’m so glad I choose this one! The sleek design of the vacuum is great. I love the all in one cleaning station. The vacuum is super light aswell. The only thing I wish was that Best Buy sold the mopping attachment you can use with the vacuum!

Im enjoying this vacuum very much. The self emptying and recharging stand are pretty sweet features. I assumed that it came with an extra battery but unfortunately it didnt. It should really come with an extra one cuz battery life is pretty average especially on stronger sucking mode (and im not talking about my wife). Only knocking a star down for battery life. It isn't terrible by any means.

Having several cordless vacuums over the last 7or 8 years, I decided to give the Samsung a try as I was drawn to the base for storage as opposed to a wall hanging mount. This stand also serves as a way to empty the contents of the container after having vacuumed with the press of a button. It worked very well and without having dust spewed in the air you get with emptying some other brands. The extension tube was a little cumbersome to use while adjusting the length but is a nice feature to have to accommodate a person’s height. Worked very well on wood floors and tile but was a little disappointed on the suction vacuuming some deeper pile carpets. Aside from that, the convenience that you get from the storage caddy and being able to empty the canister dust free in the enclosed storage bag all with the touch of a button makes this a must buy. Rating this a 4.5 stars would be a more accurate measurement.

I love vacuuming again

Dang I don’t know if I was lucky or perhaps they fixed the website description/checkout feature but I received 1 (incredible) vacuum, 1 self cleaning station, 2 batteries and 3 replacement heads. It doesn’t come with a few other things (like the organizer), but I was only in it for the vacuum and batteries- especially for the sale price.

Worst Customer Service Ever in my 55 year old life

I have had the vacuum for a week. I LOVE the vacuum cleaner except for one important thing- I got a defective battery. Doesn't last even half the time it should on any setting. I contacted customer service and unfortunately agreed to communicate about this via a text chat. Wow! BIG Mistake. I have texted proof of purchase, pictures of the vacuum showing the battery time, etc, etc, etc, etc. I have been texting for one hour and 50 mins AND counting (still trying to get this resolved). The agent said he is a real person but I seriously think this must be a bot. He/It keeps asking nonsensical questions, like if I dropped the unit and broke it and if I have cleaned the canister. I keep asking for a replacement battery but then I am being asked more and more troubleshooting questions. Each time I answer (promptly, as I have my phone right here), it takes many minutes to get a response. I am thinking that this may be on purpose, because maybe the company wants people to just give up. But I have been waiting so long now that I hate to give up. I will be VERY upset if they don't send a replacement battery after all this. (as I hit submit for this review, it has now been past the two hour mark of trying to text to resolve something that can be fixed in 3 mins). I expect Samsung to reach out to me and apologize.

I hope you never need Samsung support

These reviews have a clear pattern of people not receiving what they were supposed to during a promotion. Then, someone from Samsung replies saying to contact support with a reference number. So, it appears as though they are taking care of the issue. The truth is that you still don't get help. I have been hung up on, told by the general Samsung support chat feature that they only help with anything related to laundry (what?!), and then told by a tier 3 support person that I have to call the warranty department. That makes no sense but I gave it a shot, and guess what? They couldn't help. I would love to talk to someone that can actually help me.
