Doesn’t work

We purchased this product, brought it home, read the instructions, filled it up. No go! We got an E1 error. We went online to watch a video of troubleshooting. No go. We contacted the company for help, did exactly as told. No go. Final time contacting company they wanted us to take a video of ourselves so they can see the problem. I draw the line. No go for me. Gonna buy a humidifier that works!

Shady company, gets moldy, no warm mist

Just like one of the other reviews mentioned, the customer service contacted me after I registered the humidifier for warranty. And they said asked if I would like complimentary item. That was weird, but I thought why not. In the following email they said that they are sending it out and asked for my review of the humidifier. I decided to wait on leaving review to see if this is how the company gets so many positive reviews and will they actually send the complimentary item they are saying they will. Waited 2 months, email again. They said they are running behind but now can finally send it out. 6 months later, still nothing and the humidifier is not great. I don’t use essential oils but if you don’t use it, the little pocket gets moldy. Also, I got this humidifier because of the “warm” mist but there is no warmth to it at all. Just cold one. I would not trust the company or their products and wish I could get a refund for it all. Hope this helps making your decision.

Disappointed

This product worked wonderfully for 3 days. We have been in a daily battle since then. It's qualities are that it's quiet and sleek looking. It's downfall is that it stopped working and showed an error code for several days until I received an emailed response from the company telling me how to fix it. In other shady things associated with this humidifier, I was contacted via email by a customer service representative from the company named Mira only 1 or 2 days after receiving my order. They asked if I would like some complimentary water filters for the humidifier. I thought it was a little strange, but said yes and provided my address info. In the confirmation email they asked that I leave positive feedback about the product, which I had barely had a chance to use and to not mention that I had received anything from them. SUPER SKETCHY. Although I have received an incredible amount of junk mail since then, it's over 2 months later and I never received their complimentary water filters and the humidifier only works for an hour or two at a time before needing to be fully taken apart and cleaned in order to get it to work. My goal in buying this particular humidifier was to NOT have to constantly clean it or replace expensive filters. This product absolutely failed my basic expectations. And on top of that, I feel that the company is actually shady and very likely aware of the issues with this product. I would return it if I could. DO NOT BUY

Best investment I've made

I love this humidifier because it's so easy to use. The water well holds a lot of water and having a handle inside makes it easy to carry and thats the best part for me. The wide opening for the steam to come out is another plus, it can fill the room in minutes. Did I mention user friendly, warrenty, customer support. You can't go wrong with this investment.

Super humidifier

This humidifier was more impressive than expected. The amount of moisture that is released fills a small room very quickly. Having a timer makes operation super easy to set and forget. I use this where I have tropical house plants as well, and I think they are happy with the purchase.

For the first 21/2 weeks it worked great, then suddenly the remote stopped working. I replaced the battery and still didn't work. I tried working the humidifier manually and it doesn't work that way either. I called the company directly and emailed them and I have not heard back. Needless to say I am returning the product but now I may not even get a full refund. Disappointed all the way around.

Does not work

Never once put out warm mist only cold. Customer service is horrible. They wanted me to take a video of problem. How do you video temperature. Under warranty and they do nothing but hassle you until you give up. Will never buy another one of their products.

Maybe take a chance on a different brand.

Well, I purchased two of these while on sale because the reviews were excellent. One of the humidifiers isn't working. It worked for two days. The other one keeps getting errors and stops working sometimes too. I am going to have to return them.

Top Of The Line!

My friend recommended Miko to me. Her humidifier and air purifier are 10 yrs. old. This humidifier is fantastic and both machines are very quiet. They are very efficient. I put it on low for a few hours and had to shut it off. Both machines are great! You won’t be disappointed. I highly recommend the air purifier and humidifier.

Faulty product

If you want a humidifier that works don't buy this product. While the unit looks great it doesn't work. I had the initial purchase that would only show an error code after about a week of use. The company replaced that unit and the replacement has the same issue.

Excellent Humidifier for the price.

I absolutely love this humidifier! It doesn’t need refilling often, has a remote that you can change the settings without getting up and shows the humidity level. Makes my breathing easier being handicapped. Can also refill without having to lift the container. 🫙 I recommend this product especially for seniors who have difficulties.

Doesn't do warm mist, returned, no refund

Don't buy from this vendor or brand. It says this is warm mist humidifier but the warmest is got was cool. I returned this because warm mist is important during dry winters. I returned this to Macys store and see that the seller recieved this 10 days ago yet still ignores my inquiry regarding my refund. What a headache! I will have to dispute this charge with my credit card. Never again buying from Macys.com when it's a third party seller. You've been warned. :(

It was Good until it was a Hassle!

This product worked well until it didn't! Water kept leaking into the tower's lower connection and the unit cut off. We dried it out several times and carefully poured in the water again, making sure the water was well below the maximum level and it leaked and shut down again giving an empty message when it clearly had plenty of water. It was sad. When it worked it was good and when it didn't, it was a hassle.

Stopped working within a year

It worked great for the first 3 months. I cleaned it and packed it up for winter. When unpacked for following winter it began flooding. i removed filter and cleaned everything again but without success. I have other humidifiers that have lasted almost 10 years. This one lasted less than a year. disappointed

Such a cool idea of having a remote activated humidifier however the buttons on the remote are impossible to push. You literally have to stab it with your nail in a specific place for the buttons to actually respond. The humidified itself is really nice though. I love that I can just set it to auto and it will stop releasing mist once it hits a preset humidity. The one downside is that it has a white nightlight that turns on automatically when it's on with no way of turning it off. For someone that sleeps in darkness, it's very bothersome. The water tank is a pretty large size which is nice not having to refill every day in the winter. It also stops releasing most and displays a code to alert you when it needs more water.

Buyers beware

Worked great the fist winter I used it. I recently. Got it down from the closet cleaned to get ready to use it this winter and the night mode doesn’t work . I reached out to the company and they told me the warranty it up and they can’t help . I understand warranty but for the price of this product it should last longer than one winter! Very disappointing

Miko Humidifier

I have just had it for a short time, but so far, I love it! Holds a whole gallon of distilled water.

Great Humidifier!!

We are enjoying our Miko humidifier. The tank is big enough that it can do two nights on lower settings and more than one night on the top setting. The bucket-like tank makes it a breeze to refill. It is amazing how fast the mist starts after the power button is pushed. Great product!

Positive

This item is exactly as described. My mother needed a humidifier due to heating with gas heat. This fit the bill. Easy for her to operate. Simple but basic panel. Easy to fill, as the fill basket comes straight up from the top. On Auto holds around 60% humidity. I do with the % humidity was adjustable, It is not.

Very nice warm, cool humidifier with lots of extras

Looks great, set up, easy to fill, love i can add essential oils, remote is helpful, still getting used to the settings, pretty quit other then a light vibration sound and pop knocking sound im guessing from water but it doesn't bother me. Still getting used too it but its help with the humidity and I like all the extra settings available. Oh and customerserviceiswonderful.
