So far, it is just as expected and the delivery process and customer service was excellent. Assembly took most of a day but the instructions were, for the most part, good. I’ll have to wait to see how it stands up to the winter.

panels discolor

after just a few months, the roof panels started to discolor and get weird lines which detracts from the overall appearance. I contacted company service for support.

poor quality fasteners

the fasteners included with the gazebo are of poor quality. several screws stripped easily during assembly, and i had to buy replacements. i expected better hardware for the price.

This is sturdy and beautiful. It is not bulky and easy to put together. Looks great.

annoying condensation build-up

condensation builds up on the roof panels, especially in the mornings. it drips down into the seating area, making it uncomfortable to use until it dries out.

Made our yard delightful and our poolside pleasure immense!

Loved the idea. Was so excited but ended up being a complete waste of money. My product had defects and the company that manufactured it was not easy to work with. Basically, they said tough luck. For the price I would expected to have a fully functional new item and I didn’t receive that.

Bought with HANDY installation. Came out great. Took longer than alotted Handy time. Wayfair helpful with them coming back.

Love this gazebo. Modern and sleek. My husband and I put it up. One person can put the pieces together, but you definitely need two to make the structure stand unless you can come up with some inventive (and safe) way to do that solo. One panel arrived damaged, so Wayfair directed me to the company that manufactures the product. Wayfairs information is outdated, but the email provided did bounce back with an updated communication method, and I reached out to them and heard back right away. Awaiting the new panel for install. Hopefully it arrives soon with no problems. Otherwise, an attractive product that looks great in any backyard!

Would recommend this gazebo if you are looking for a shelter with a modern touch.

 delivery with duck tape !!! Oder with assemble Handyman They Find missing parts can not install and left in my deck. Missing part shipping out to 7-10 business days when i get missing part rescheduling handyman will be another week wasting my time  it’s not worth it 

I bought this to offer rain protection to my more delicate fruit trees like olives and apricots. We have high winds regularly and many wind warnings of 90km winds. It has stood up to our weather! Also one of the roof panels arrived damaged and some parts were missing, the manufacturing company immediately sent out a replacement and also shipped missing parts. Quickly efficiently and free of charge

Nice addition to my porch

The gazebo looks great. I love how it blocks the heat of the sun but still allows light through. It has rained since we put it up and no rain came through. Assembly was interesting. I put it together alone. I don't recommend doing that. With 2 people it would have been a lot easier. It did come with parts missing. Overstock took care of that. I would definitely recommend this gazebo. The quality is great.

Very glad I got this to extend to my sunshade (not weather proof). Took me the better part of 1 day to put up myself with to ladders to assist (and 1 pot of coffee). 2 roof panels were damaged when recv’d but the company was quick to setup replacements sent directly to me. Now I can enjoy my patio year round.
