Samara Carport, 12 ft x 20 ft Dark Grey

I had the pleasure of ordering a Samara 12’x20’ carport. When I received it, in several boxes, it was easy to see that the contents were packed extremely well and all pieces were clearly labeled. The quality was also evident immediately. The use of very few self tapping screws, but instead using machine screws into threaded nuts on the pieces. While with lesser priced/quality units assembly can become tedious, it was not the case with this model. All of the pieces lined up as they should and assembly was a breeze. Using two people, assembly took about 8-10 hours. The instructions were relatively clear, which helped with the ease of assembly. While we did have some minor damage to some pieces, a quick phone call to customer service fixed things up right away. How can anyone complain about such a high quality product followed up by excellent customer service. Sure it’s priced slightly higher than other models/makes, but you save in frustration and time and likely length of ownership. We have since placed an order for the enclosure kit and I know that it will also be of similar quality. I highly recommend Sojag’s Samara carport.

The carport kit was a little intimidating at first, a lot of parts. But the instructions, illustrations, and part labeling made assembly easy. And I was very impressed with the quality of the carport. The material and finish is top quality , I know it will last for years.

12 by 20 enclosed car port

Went together easy, only needed wife for 1/2 hour to help stand walls and ridge pole. All holes lined up great! Package arrived with a dent into a box that damaged a post. I called and new pole arrived in 3 days. Great product and service

Carport great; Enclosure not compatible

The carport is sturdy, no missing oarts so went together w/o problem. BUT the recommended enclosure if "off" 2 or 3 inches on all sides, so had to be sent back.

Wrong brackets - had to wait 2 weeks for parts

12 wrong brackets were included and carport could not be assembled and we had to wait 2 weeks to get the correct brackets

Awesome quality and easy to assemble. All parts were included. Took me 10 hours to assemble mostly by myself. Would purchase again!!!

The BEST CARPORT!!

PERFECT!!! Way better than a canvas carport! I searched them all too. Dont be deterred about assembly, it was easy for me and my 2 sons. Took about 10 hours total. First thing I recomment to do is lay all the parts in alphabetical so you can find easy. But the satisfaction of completion far outweighed assembly! Thanks!

Love this product

Bought this in August of 2020 for our Salon so that we could work out doors when it was allowed. With all the restrictions form Santa Clara county, California , this fit all the marks.. We also wanted something that would like nice and be able to with stand the high winds we get in our area.. This worked great and received many compliments as well as inquiries. It is now set up at my house and being use for entertaining. Looks amazing.. sad thing is that, to look to find the walll attachments or gutter spouts is impossible.. Sojags web site doesn’t even have them.

Great product, bad support

This product is made in Quebec. They store kits in a warehouse for easy shipping, but the flip side is if a part (or 3 in my case) is damaged in shipping it takes a long time to get to you, as the part comes from Canada and must clear customs. In my case I am at 3 weeks and counting. Easy to assemble, you can do it yourself if needed, but works best with 2 people. You need to have basic construction concepts down, as the instructions are not clear and badly worded. in several steps they are incorrect. They additionally shipped several extra parts. In short, if the boxes are obviously damaged, refuse shipment, then reorder.
