Shipped, received, everything was perfect, build quality/finish was very good on both units - except, one of the 4 feet on one unit was actually an M8 size screw, not an M6, and did not fit. I had to go and order a bag of M6 generic feet that weren't the right size, but close enough, they fit and worked.
Arrived on time and in good shape. However, upon assembling the unit discovered it was defective. One side panel not sprayed well in the joints, one foot damaged and incorrect number of bars for holding glass inside unit. Company was very responsive and took responsibility for the return.

i received this item with several chips in the paint and a dime size chipped dent. the packaging was in great condition so it must have happened before it was shipped. When I told them it was damaged and i sent pictures, they offered $25 off. I had to argue for $100 discount. They only reason i agreed to it was because my husband had thrown away the packaging.
