The carpet is very good quality. The design matched what was ordered and is a very nice color for a modern room. The delivery came in a few days prior to the estimated delivery and was packaged very well.

Love this rug for that earthy bohemian vibe

This is one of my favorites rugs. I like the shag look and the cream/charcoal gray colors are very neutral. I ordered 2, one I am using in my living room and the other in my master bedroom. Good quality, would order again.

I love this rug! Not too much, not too little, just enough pattern. Made our family room more comfy. Vacuums nicely (read vacuuming instructions though) Great rug!

This is a 5-star rug for what it is. I was looking for a large (10x14') but inexpensive rug to go under my formal dining room table that we use a few times a year, and I didn't want to worry about spills and stains. I am redecorating and updating the room as well so I was looking for a more contemporary look. This fit the bill. For a rug so large there are fewer choices to begin with. It just came today Oct 16 so can't speak to usage, but appearance-wise it is more or less what I expected. It's a creamy white, but much lighter than the beige which another reviewer stated. The motifs are dark grey, not black. I thought they were going to be more blackish but it's not a big deal; still looks good. It shows up as black in the pictures I took as well, but they are definitely grey. It's shaggy but not soft, thick or plush. If you are looking for a sit on and roll around type of rug, or one that looks expensive and refined, this isn't it. But for a decent floor covering that looks casually up to date and doesn't cost an arm and a leg, buy this. Also please note, this is the second rug I ordered from NuLoom and they both came folded, not rolled. This seems to be their new m.o. going forward. Attached a picture of the note that came with the rug.

Let me start by saying this is a beautiful rug, very plush and looks great in my space. However, this rug smells horrible, almost mildew-y. I've used a water/vinegar spray and baking soda and had windows open to get rid of the smell but with no luck. I've only had it about a week, so I'm still hoping it airs out.

Finally! After however long it has been due to Covid-19 delays, my rug is here and it looks just like on the photo. I was a bit worried about the quality of packaging due to the delay, but no problems in that area. In-fact it had rained and my package was left outside and once opened, it was dry and clean. I purchased mine in off white ( I call it cream) with the black diamond pattern, 6'7" X 9'. Easy to carry upstairs and set up by my 140-ish pound self. It's been four days and I can say there is a faint smell, almost smells like when you get new wall-to-wall carpeting installed, not bad, not good, doesn't bother me. In-fact I would say most people will go without noticing the smell. It looks great in my bedroom. I will post photos and update once all other items arrive. I caught this one on a good sale, thanks o.co, you always come through!

It came in much more beige/cream than we anticipated. Had to return it (which isn't the simplest process). If you want more of a beige than a "white" or "off white" then this rug may work well for you.

Beautiful rugs for bedroom! They do smell a little when you first open them and for some reason feel dirty, like oily. It’s weird... but nice overall. Just have to let them air out.

Great quality rug. I love the pattern and the Bohemian feel. The fluffiness of the shape adds great texture!
