Pretty doors once youve figured out how to install them. Very heavy glass so they were difficult to level them. They looked when they were completed. This takes a professional shower door installer to get in correctly.

Most of the metal/steel/aluminum pieces corroded/rusted. This began soon after the installation but I tolerated it until I simply could not any longer; over time it has gotten worse (see pictures). Manufacturer stated they could mail me replacement parts but this will cost me more money, bc I have to pay someone to take door down, replace parts and then reinstall. That being said I anticipate the new parts will corrode. I paid 300$ to have the door installed (it is very heavy). The door has been in use for approximately 1 and a half years. Home Depot online /special orders offered me 50$ gift card (I pd almost 800$ for the shower door plus 300$ to install). I called customer support to follow up with them, was connected to a supervisor, was disconnected-I called back was in hold 17 minutes so I hung up:No one called me back (they had my phone #). Shower doors should last many years! A local plumber looked at the door yesterday and stated the rust /corrosion is from humidity. At this juncture I have to remove the door, replace the tub and the shower tiles because the shower door is screwed downed into both of these areas. Very dissatisfied with the quality / durability of the product, and the customer support. Should have kept my 30$ cloth shower curtain as this project is now costing me thousands.

Dangerous Shower Door

This door was professionally installed and the directions were followed exactly. We had an incident at our cabin with some guests staying there where the shower door derailed and fell into the bathtub. The sliding part of the glass door weighs roughly 80lbs and could have amputated some toes. Thankfully no one was hurt, but it did put a hole in our brand new Kohler air tub. After some investigation it appears the 3M glue used to affix the drip edges on the bottom is faulty, causing the drip edge to fall off and wedge under the track wheels, causing derailment. I think they need to recall these doors because they are very dangerous. The door itself is nice looking, but the engineering behind it is lacking...ie, the shower door should never be allowed to roll off the tracks into the tub. A simple lip on the track could prevent this. Go for something else, otherwise you will constantly worry that the door will harm someone who doesn't treat it with white gloves.

These doors are beautiful and sturdy. I can't rate the glass treatment but am hoping it keeps the glass clean for years to come.

If I could give this product 4 3/4 stars I would. It's very solid, looks very good, and was exactly as described. Only negative is I can tell that, in time and with more usage, it will be a bit of a pain to clean the small area of glass in the middle where the two doors overlap. That would be the reason to take of the quarter-star. Other than that, extremely happy with the product.
