This shower door is beautiful and solid, good quality of materials for the glass and frame parts. My contractor installed it crooked so I have to decide if I should leave it as is or have him remove/ reinstall it - which I'm not confident about since he didn't install it right the first time. I would buy/recommend this item, catch it on sale like I did.

Be aware of the Warranty

We received the door May 7th and installed it the last week of July. My wife and I were able to install it over a 6 hour period by following the printed instructions and online video. FYI - They are different in places, but you can figure it out. Overall, we are happy with the door, but not the warranty policy. One of the small 3" plastic "water diverter" fell off, so I contacted the company. They said they would replace the part for free, but I had to pay $18 shipping plus tax for a total of $19.08. I can't imagine what the shipping would be if we needed a bigger part replaced. I think we will try some two sided tape first.

Russssst

Have had this 4 yrs now and after the first year I started to notice some rust spots on the brackets. not it’s rusted all over the brackets. I actually called the company to see if I could get replacement brackets but after being on hold forever waiting for someone to pick up I had to go and never called back. Other than the rust the doors are good. I only thought of it now because I’m looking for an enclosure

I was originally going to do a custom shower door, because I hated all the hardware on the bypassing doors. After some thought, I decided one stationary door and one sliding door was a better option for my bathroom set up. Luckily, the Dreamline Mirage-Z door was exactly what I was looking for. I went to order it from a big box store at first. They had numerous questions about where I lived, if there were power lines, trees, steep hills. It was ridiculous, plus they wanted to charge me $300 to deliver it! I checked Wayfair, and there it was! I ordered it, it was delivered without a million questions, or a $300 delivery charge. The drivers were professional and placed the door in my garage. The quality is great and my contractor said it was one of the better quality doors that he has installed. It is perfect if you want a clean look without all the hardware and it looks great! I highly recommend this door, and Wayfair!

Roller assembly only lasts two years

I must replace the roller assembly for the 2nd time since 2020. The root problem is that the assembly uses a cheap carbon steel bearing that is wholly unsuitable for the application. I'm holding it up in the picture with a magnet. It is rusted solid. This is a shame because every other part is high quality. Despite Dreamline incorrectly saying there were no user-serviceable parts in the assembly, my fix is to replace each of the two 6902-2RS $1.25 bearings with $15 stainless steel ones.

Very heavy duty

Instructions are pretty straightforward. Took 2.5 hours to install. If anchors are necessary in your install, don’t bother using the ones provided. I’m not sure why any manufacturer supplies the plastic anchors.

I want to acknowledge Mr.Byron, the cashier at the counter on 23rd street store, who was extremely pleasant and helped me carry this gigantic door out to my car. 5 stars to him

Beautiful but.....

The shower doors are of excellent quality and look amazing. However, the one significant knock is the width of the opening. I had a 50in opening and the doors fit great but the opening is only about 18in. Not realistic. I do realize that I may have gained a couple of inches (just a couple not all of the 4 in) if I had a 54 but I think that is a significant flaw. I have them up and there is no turning back but had I known that, I would of not purchased this.
