Great Quality Runner

These high-quality runners appear to be constructed from durable materials and exhibit excellent craftsmanship. While they are aesthetically pleasing, it is important to note that they may require the use of carpet tape to prevent movement. Despite this minor inconvenience, I would recommend these runners and consider them to be reasonably priced.

The colors are not the same as the picture at all. Instead of a nice warm brown it’s a cool dark brown to almost black. Very disappointed. Also there are ridges through the whole rug from being folded instead of rolled. They are still noticeable even after a week with heavy things sitting on the ridges to try and smooth it out.

Area Rug 8'x10' came w/ creases & wrinkles. Did everything they suggested on pamphlet. Product came wrapped in paging tape. The company is telling me to put into packaging box and send it back at their cost. The problem is I can't lift it. And I may need a refrigerator box to send back. So I'm not delighted. What to do.

Eye catching abstract rug you will love

Received my rug a day early and it was packaged well . This rug was placed. Under my new dining table..it was the 6 ftx6 in circular rug and it's really striking ..to me it's lighter in weight than most area rugs but that could be because it's not as big ....but it's really cool looking cause my dining table is glass and you can really see the entire rug..it really catches your eye when u see it..I ordered the gray ..it has a short nap and I'm glad I ordered..it's really beautiful underneath the glass ....give it a try, you won't be disappointed..

Well Made and Color is Amazing!

I ordered this rug for my new office. It needed a pop of color for the room. Color was exactly like the picture. I put it under my desk, so it's a plus if I slip my shoes off during the day super comfy!

Smart looking rug.

BB&B bugging me for a review of this product. I've had it for about 2 weeks so impossible to rate the durability, cleanability, and stability of its colors. What I can say is that they look just as beautiful, if not more so, than they look online. Very pleased with its appearance thus far.

Poor Quality

The rug was low quality and badly creased. I have reached out to Macy’s 4 different times to send the rug back. They have promised over and over to send me a sleeve for the rug and I have not received the sleeve and it’s been over a month. My city does not have a Macy’s. I don’t know who else to reach out to return this item. Very frustrating.

This is a good looking rug for the money. My only issue with it is that it does slide a good bit. I have it over carpet.

Don’t buy this rug if you want matching rugs

I purchased two of these rugs, one for my dining room and one for my living room. When the rugs arrived, they were two totally different shades of brown. I contacted Macy’s and they sent me a replacement rug. The second rug didn’t match either. It’s like something is off with the dye in the rugs.
