The Dryden faucet, showerhead, tub spout, and diverter spot like crazy. I contacted Delta regarding this asking for an exchange with the newer model with a spot-resist treatment. They said NO! They obviously knew there is a problem with the finish I paid approximately $1,000 on these items, towel bars, and other accessories for my renovated bathroom. I thought Delta was a good company until now. These items are defective and supposedly have a warranty. Delta does NOT stand by their products.

I wished I can return them and replace them with something that would not require maintenance, but because they have been installed, Ferguson store is not willing to let me replace them. So, I am very dissatisfied with this product or Ferguson customer service. Without using them, how would I have known about this issue. But because they are now installed, the store is not willing to let me replace them.

Pop up drain assembly doesn’t mean push with your finger to pop up it means use a level to push it up.

I’m really happy with my purchase and actually needed two. They are beautiful in my bathroom and new vanity. The only thing is that the water spots are pretty visible and I find myself wiping them down pretty often. Otherwise, love them.
