These are really beautiful faucets that function well but just do not last.

New Faucet

Great faucet. Fits nicely over the sink.

Choose something else, not this

Love the look and simplicity of these taps. BUT, the brushed nickel finish is so hard to keep clean. I thought I was buying fitments that were low maintenance, but they show every fingerprint and drop of water. I have to use a cloth to wipe them down after EVERY hand wash because of drips left on the handle's surface. So annoying.

Hansgrohe Bathroom Faucet

I purchased 4 of these faucets and I couldn't be more disappointed. The handles wiggle and they are super hard to keep stain free. The stopper in the sink does not stop water. I have owned Hansgrohe products and for the price, I would expect more from this company. I wish I could return them.

Handsgrohe chrome bath faucets

Beautiful smooth turning handles. German quality. Ive had their products before and they are very high tech and high end. Some will not like the red and blue rings for hot and cold. Chrome shows every watermark and smudge. If you are ocd like me you'll be wiping them down with windex often. Choose stainless instead for no marks.

Hansgrohe used to have amazing well built metal products, I was surprised by the quality of this and how much plastic was on this faucet, it looks good however wouldn't work in our application.

The Talis line is a great solid faucet from grohe. You’re paying for quality. It’s worth the extra cost. Easy to install.

Gets dirty quick and super hared to keep clean

I bought and installed the brushed nickel a year ago, if you so much as look at it it gets water stained and its very hard to clean. I wipe this faucet down about 5 times a day, it barely wipes clean and the next person to turn it on to wash their hands it leaves residue. all over it. I've never seen a faucet this dirty ever. Functionally it installed and works great. But it will never be clean. 100% do not buy.

Expected more from Hansgrohe

This is one of the worst faucets I've ever seen and expected much more from Hansgrohe. This is the second faucet I bought in 2 weeks. The first one I had to return because they included the wrong water connector hoses. Two different sizes for one product. This second kit comes in many different parts where leaks can easily happen even when installed properly. It doesn't even come with water connecting hoses. Would not recommend.

Very disappointing!

I was so excited to see these installed, but after a professional plumber installed it, they felt loose and wobbly to the touch. I thought that the plumber didn’t do a good job, but the contractor said that it’s because of the fixtures. I didn’t believe him and called Hansgrohe to help me troubleshoot this, and this is what he told me: they ( the manufacturer) allow for some movement, but it shouldn’t move if I blow on it or splash water on it. I mean really? What sort of bs answer is that? If the faucet itself and both handles feel loose every time they are touched, it just doesn’t seem right to me. I’ve lived in many apartments with cheap faucets and they never felt loose like these do!

Missing parts my vendor would not have missed. All parts are there with the exception of drain stop connectors. $10 parts at Home Depot. Other than that everything is wonderful. As a builder this in these parks stops you from completing the project the day you start. Homeowner may not know what to do come across this issue.
