It is beautiful but the wave technology is not working. Wayfair requires that I work with Kohler and Kohler is sending parts. So I will have an extra plumbing bill for installation and no credit to cover it has yet been offered by Kohler. Wayfair is asking them to step up. Kohler is asking me to change out the parts myself. I love Kohler products but this one is not great, nor is the resolution. Waiting for the parts more than a week later. They are supposed to arrive tomorrow.

Excellent product. Looks and works great.

Great design and excellent quality. Everything works as advertised and feels solid to the touch. The sensor is a great add as you do not wet the counter or faucet when turning it on and off. The fit and finish are excellent. Would certainly recommend this faucet.

Sensor/hose retraction do not work

I am not happy with this faucet. The sensor works fine when my hands are dry, but does not work when my hands are wet which is when I need it the most. I have resorted to not using the sensor which is the whole reason I spent the nearly 2x price over other models. Additionally, the sprayer hose does not retract without manual intervention. I am leaning towards requesting a refund.

Crue touchkess faucet

Had it installed less than two weeks ago. The hose does not recoil back. Just started dripping when motion shuts it off. Now the water turns on and off every couple seconds without any movement. Going to remove it and return for a refund and go bsck to a normal on/off valve faucet.

Magic Kitchen Faucet

Very impressive motion sensor faucet in vibrant stainless becomes the signature mark of any kitchen sink. Works seamlessly with the mere waive of your hand. Water comes on at same pressure flow and temperature as previously utilized, then shuts off like magic with the same hand waive.

Perfect in almost ever category

I really like the faucet. The arch is high, which makes it easier to wash large objects underneath. The touchless sensor works near flawlessly, and I haven't had any issues with it in the first month.

Hose does not retract

Extremely disappointed after purchasing what I thought was a high end faucet. The hose does not retract. I have tried adding an extra weight, using a zip tie and still no luck. Very unfortunate design issue that I wish I knew about before purchasing. My old faucet was less than half the price and had better functionality.

I work at a plumbing office and this is total crap

I work at a plumbing & heating co. I wanted to buy the California Faucets Poetto or the Grohe Concetto faucet. But I took the advice of our plumbers and chose Kohler because they say it's really durable.

Touchless does NOT work!

I bought this faucet less than 3 months ago and the motion sensor stopped working after 1 week. After troubleshooting and contacting customer service still no resolution. Poor customer service experience. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I will stick with my local hardware stores.

Love the touchiness feature

My whole family love the touchless feature of this faucet. You just waive your hand under the faucet and water will turn on automatically. It is great when you are washing dishes with soap all over your hands and you don’t need to touch the handle to turn it on. My daughter said it is the best thing in our new kitchen. I purchased the gold one. It is beautiful and very high quality. The pull out also works very well. We love the faucet.

Wouldn’t Hesitate

I’ve had my faucet for a could of months now and I absolutely love it. Sometimes I’m surprised at how minimal a gesture I can get away when under the sensor to operate the faucet. When you’re in a groove with cooking/food prep or cleanup, the touchless faucet is a huge aid to keeping you rolling. Sounds silly—until you experience it. Zero regrets about this purchase. Do spend a few minutes with your installer thinking about where you’re going to mount the electronics under your sink—you’ve got hoses and AC going to this box as well as the pull-down sprayer hose that needs a clear path. My contractor wasn’t very careful about this but I was able to get it mostly resolved.

I'm in LOVE!

If it's possible to be in love with a faucet, then I am. I purchased this in brushed gold and it is GORGEOUS! It's BIG, heavy and very substantial, nothing flimsy here. The auto on/off works consistently well. I did a ton of research before making this purchase. Most auto water reviews were lousy. I'd pretty much decided to get a regular faucet. Then I read the reviews for this one. People seemed consistently pleased, so I thought I'd give it a try. It's great! It's been installed for about a month. Hopefully it will last for many years to come. The one frustration is the cord that should pull the sprayer back into the stand. It doesn't snap up, at all. I have to push it up into place. It's a bummer.

Install was more complicated than necessary; no instructions were included, the Home Depot website directions were not current to match components in the box, and the 1-800 Kohler rep was working with up-to-date instructions that I didn’t have access to online. Faucet has been functioning fine

Easy to love this faucet

Just installed the Kohler touchless kitchen faucet. Everybody in the house loves it. We will never go back to regular kitchen faucet. Only problem--bathroom faucets are not touchless, we have got so used to the new kitchen faucet, we keep waving our hands under the bathroom spouts and nothing happens!

Pull Down Spray Doesn't Retract Correctly

I love everything about this faucet but when the water is on, the pull down spray does not retract. I had a Moen pull down faucet for years and the spray hose retracted easily, even if the water was on. There's something wrong with the design of this faucet, because we have replaced it twice and they all do the same thing. It's very annoying that you can't get it to go back unless you shut the water off. Surprised with this design flaw. Kohler should do better.

I never knew I needed this. A luxurious splurge that has made my life in the kitchen so much easier. A wave of my hand and I'm rinsing, washing, and another wave and done. No more wet counter near the faucet handle, no need to worry about germs from dirty hands on the handle (raw chicken, I'm looking at you). It's sleek, it's sturdy, and it's a thing of beauty in both function and form.

Very Disappointed & Frustrated - Faucet does not function properly

I am so disappointed with this Kohler Crue Faucet. We bought this faucet about 6 months ago and it has yet to function properly. We cannot get the voice activation technology to work, the faucet turns off intermittently when in use and the hose does not return without trying to guide it back in place. I reached out to Kohler support and they sent me a replacement hose and solenoid to fix the issue with the water turning off at random while in use. I had to call a plumber out to install these parts, costing me more out of pocket and Kohler would not reimburse me for this. After the plumber replaced the parts, it still didn't fix the issues! I was so excited about this faucet and it has been a major let down and huge expense. I paid a great deal more than your standard faucet price in order to have these extra features, but what's the point if none of these features actually work? I'm not one to leave reviews, but I felt it necessary as to make sure others are aware and don't have the same issues and frustration as I've had.
