Poor Quality and Horrible Customer Service. Avoid!

I bought this item less than a month ago. My item arrived damaged, with all the bezels bent and broken. The customer service experience was terrible. They refused to offer a replacement or refund because it was outside their 15-day return window (which is shorter than the usual 30 days). I was passed around between departments with no resolution. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. Save yourself the trouble and don't waste your money and time on this.

Overpriced! Dont buy!!

Cheap and bad quality

I wish I would've read the reviews on this before I bought it. It is overpriced and terrible quality. It arrived with two pieces broke in half since it is very thin and cheap plastic. Returning it has been an absolute nightmare. I've spent hours on the phone and have been passed around. Still trying to get a resolution. Avoid.

Haven't received

Have not gotten the product yet. It says it was shipped weeks ago. It was not. Contacted Moma and was told that someone there would look into it and get back to me. They did not. Asked for order to be canceled amd refunded. Was told it would be but nothing yet. Will contact mastercard in a few days and report it as fraudulent charges. Your reviews are terrible. I should have looked into them before ordering.

I wish I read the reviews prior to ordering. This showed tonight, I opened it and found 4 very cheap pieces of plastic. I throught these were made of metal if not wood. Do no waste your money on this. This should not cost more then $10 to $15. If it was metal or thin veneer wood I would be 100% ok with paying $100. The clips that are used on the corners are very difficult to install and at my very first attempt with very little pressure it broke the tab on the bezel, not the plastic clip.

Plastic

I guess I assumed at this price the bevel is actually wood. It is cheap plastic. So disappointed since I spent over $150 and waited over 2 months (backordered) on plastic for my 55”.

Moma asked me for a review on a product I still haven’t received. Their site is very misleading. I won’t purchase anything from this site again.
