Lowes: Your descriptions and specs are soo weak. I shouldn't have to download a file to see the dimensions of the product. Why not just listed it in your specs listing (which is usually incorrect...another problem you guys seem to have).

Spout is heavy and nice looking but came with part missing. Our contractor called Hansgrohe directly who finally agreed to ship it. Now we are waiting for the part to arrive which has held up our project. I intentionally purchased from the manufacturer and not a reseller to prevent this problem because my experience has been that a lot of resellers sell second quality merchandise/returns on Home Essentials Direct that they must purchase at a discount and often parts are missing.

I got this with the iBox and shower control with diverter. I like the aerator effect and the tub fills fast with the iBox valve and control. There is some depth adjustment and didn't have to get the pipe length in the wall perfect.
