Must-Buy! Great Value

Bought this for our daughter’s nursery and it is perfect! Gorgeous creamy color and very soft. It did come folded up with creases but it just needed to be laid flat for a few days with heavy items on the creases and it ended up straightening out.

The rug is awesome, super soft.

great for the sale price; but....

bought in white for my daughter's apartment in 8X10 and it was delivered folded in a plastic bag. Not rolled. huge creases that I hope will come out in time.

Disappointed

After deciding to get a new rug for our living room I was excited.Delivery was fast and even though I would have preferred a lighter color that was out of stockthis rug seemed like it would be a good substitute.The disappointment is that the rug is coated with something that feels oily.I first felt it on my feet after walking on the rug then on my hand rubbing it over the rug then usingwhite paper towel there was evidence of a dark residue.Needless to say we are returning it to Home Depot.

Nice rug but not as plush as I thought it was. It does fluff up some after being shook and unrolled for a day. Good for accent rug in the playroom though

Love the look of the carpet and the tassels are just gorgeous but, the carpet is very thin and the gray is more of a shiny silver lile color.

Tassels were taped on with fabric tape

The rug quality is okay for the price. However, the tassels were a completely different color and did not match the rug at all. It looked like someone took fabric tape and taped the string of tassels on the rugs. The tassels were a dark gray, while the main portion of the rug was as pictured. Overall, would not recommend.

Great friendly service

A minor problem with my order was quickly and professionally handled by customer service. What a treat to be able to call a company and have a human pick up the phone. I highly recommend Eyely and will order from them again and again.

One end had double the tassels than the other. Also one ends tassles were much darker gray than the other. Where the tassle is connected on one side is already separating from runner. So disappointing.

Great rug, great color and feel. My dog is OBSESSED with it and sleeps on this rug rather than his memory foam dog bed! The color is a darker gray which is exactly what I wanted and it blends well with different shades of gray that I have throughout my living room.
