You should tell the truth

this did come with drain package. it turned out that was separate for another $150. I sent it back.

NOT A COMPLETE FAUCET

I ordered this for a jobsite. Contractor called to say this is only the "shell" of the faucet. This is NOT a complete faucet. That info is NOT on the website. The box (when it arrives) does state that this is not a complete unit. However, neither myself or my contractor was able to find this info on the website. Lowes needs to address this.

The faucets are a great fit for the style we were looking for. They are sturdy and of good quality. We love the way they look in or renovated bathroom.

This item doesn't come with all the required parts. You will need to buy a 9000 valve kit separately. Would have been nice to know when I bought it

missing parts

missing all internal parts, customer service has been useless. I don't have any of the valves that I need. It came in a replacement box with 1/2 the materials...

What you see in the picture is what you get. There are NO mounting hardware for this faucet. Yet Moen still charges an exurbanite price for this incomplete package.

Bathroom Remodel

It was a good value. But I didn't notice that the rough in valve and other attaching hardware is sold separately--even though it clearly says that in the product listing online (oops!)

very poor design!

Warning! Good looking faucet but after 6 months or so water will trickle down the spout and around vanity opening into cabinet below! Have installed a few of these and all have the same complaint! additional note* Warranty only 5 years not lifetime

Love the quality and appearance. It would be helpful to add (in the description) that you must purchase the rough-in valve assembly separately, or perhaps even display the valve model assembly as a "suggested purchase" when buying this set. Otherwise, I am very pleased!

This faucet is not complete. It needs another attachment the Moen 9000 in order to install it. That attachment kit costs around $117 . Without it you have nothing to attach the handles to. You should let customers know this and should sell that part as well as it is a necessary part in order to install the faucet.

Sad to say all came missing parts but customer service gave me credit so I’m a happy customer.

Perfect replacement for our old faucet and it was delivered within a few days.

This is part of the same renovations we are doing. The sinks we purchased and these faucets will be installed the end of the month. I'm sure they will look awesome. I'll have to send pictures early March

I love the spot free faucet and handles. Matches our towel racks.

Can't use

The faucet looks very nice, good quality. However, it did not arrive with any installation materials at all. Had to run out and purchase a similar Delta faucet (that did come with all the proper installation materials). Returning
