Honestly better than expected. Love the app integration. Easy install and user friendly. Looks really good in person! The flames don’t look super realistic, but it is still really nice!

The flame effect is good and the color ""choices"" give you a neat effect . there is a problem with the control board as I am not able to adjust the heat. customer service is sending a tech out to replace.

overall very nice unit only had it for a week so hopefully it last no real complaints I would recommend this for decorations not a heat source and great price al most 600.00$ less than local dealer

We installed in a great room by placing it in a console piece of furniture. The furniture is rectangular with 12 inch border. The unit is framed by the console. The television is more noted on the wall above the fireplace.

Really happy with my Prism 50"" fireplace

I really like our fireplace. It serves it's purpose well, mostly facilitating a calming/peaceful environment.

Dimplex Prism 50 inch with log set

Before making my purchase I really researched the market to find exactly what I was looking for. The dimplex prism has met most of my expectations and is a beautiful fireplace and looks great in our home. The only complaint I have is after about a week of working perfectly the fireplace now makes a ticking noise when the flame is turned on. It seems to come and go and can be very distracting. We are hoping to find a solution to this problem but other than that its an amazing product.

A very pleasant surprise

Designed and built a whole wall around this fireplace. For a DIY project the ease of installation of the fireplace was appreciated, the rest of the project was not so easy. Neither my wife nor I thought that we would be as impressed with the fireplace as we are. Nothing but positive comments from our guess who have seen it.

Great product

Great piece. Flames are bright and realistic. Love the driftwood/pebble combination. Color change feature is very nice. Was a little odd during 1st use the reflective back screen had some lingering 'ghost' flame slots that stayed bright even after the unit was turned off. But it only happened that 1st time and not since. Ive attached a picture of the ghost spots.
