Failed to pop up after only two years

Worked fine for 2 years but now doesn’t operate. We rarely even use this sink.

THIS DOES NOT HAVE AN OVERFLOW FEATURE!!! I WISH THE ITEM NAME SAID "WITH" OR "WITHOUT" OVERFLOW. MANY OF US ARE NOT PLUMBERS AND DON'T KNOW ABOUT THIS IMPORTANT FACT! LUCKILY MY PLUMBER HAD ANOTHER ONE TO INSTALL.

SUPER quality all the way around!

Perfect match for my Vigo faucet. Really high quality! No clue how the solid brass mounting ring works or where it goes. Also, the first gasket that goes between the drain and the sink doesn't work for conical drains. I used my old one. Seems to be fine!

Installed this after my old mechanism for my drain plug fell apart. This is so much easier to install. Fewer areas of possible leakage is a plus. The stopper is a simple push down to engage and release. I will definitely buy more of these in the future.

Finally! A drain that stays clear

In past drains I’ve used in my vessel sink, the stopper was always the weak point by accumulating gunk and ultimately plugging. Not so with the Vigo. It’s designed so it doesn’t catch gunk. I can run the faucet at full blast and the drain does its job. A good design! Thanks!

Beautiful but poor instructions

The bathroom sink pop- up drain is beautiful and works great. BUT the washer provided to go between the sink and base ring is too thin - leaks when pop up is closed (on both of the pop-ups we installed.) We resorted to YouTube videos which show after-market washers or plumbers putty - fixed the leaks. The instructions are very vague for DIYs like us - maybe not for plumbers. Carefully keep all the parts in order when you dissemble the product. If you use plumbers putty or aftermarket washer and watch a YouTube video, then i can recommend the product- they are beautiful.

Fun Waterfall Faucets

Love the fun waterfall faucets. I bought one pair since I have double sinks in my master bathroom. Easy to use and leaves minimum water marks. Adjusting water temperature and shutting the water off are a piece of cake, only requires using one finger.

Good Quality

3 weeks in and I am really liking these drains! They seem to be good quality. I have bought cheaper black plastic drains in the past that did not hold up with the high calcium water I have. Ihave been able to keep these clean and remove calcium marks. Hoping they continue to hold up!

My husband is a master plumber so we typically get high end products from supply houses. I wanted the black finish, and the "at cost" price was still high. I bought this, along with the Satro faucet, for my office bath. He installed them for me. He was very impressed with the quality and loves the look as well. They were installed on a wall mount, floating sink. He then did the black water pipe. Looks so nice!

These stain unfortunately and then don't look good

These will stain with water spots and then look awful. I have other black fixtures in my house made by Delta and they've held up fine. These stoppers fade and end up with white water stains/spots. Disappointing because otherwise they would be great.

I ordered two of these when I got my sinks, however, I was sent two different drains, even though my order showed that I ordered only one style. One was an open box and we did not notice the difference until we went to install them and my sink kept leaking. Sadly, there was nothing that could be done about it, since we ordered the sinks and drains about 2 years ahead of the project. So I had to go hunting for a new drain and pay more money from another business because I was sent the wrong item. The drain I got that was right works just fine.

Purchased three of these drains and I really like the pop-up drain stopper rather than having to install the pull up stopper thingy. I will give a word of warning that if you hard water like we do then this may not be the right color for you. It is showing some build up after a couple of years. I made the mistake of trying to use CLR on it. I was called away during cleaning on one of the sinks and when I came back I realized the harsh chemical had eaten away the black coating on the drain stopper. That’s user error though. I love these stoppers. Just haven’t found a way to keep hard water build up from showing.

Very nice sink

I love the shape and color of this sink. However, I'm not happy with the black marks that are throughout the sink. We returned the first sink because the black marks were large and rectangular shaped, like tape marks. Our 2nd sink still has some of these marks, but they are more random and not as large. I'm willing to live with the marks because the color is so nice. After installing the sink, it rocks a little and isn't perfectly flat on the bottom. My husband is going to find a way to prevent the rocking, because I want to keep the sink. The glass is made very thick and everyone compliments it. Overall it's a beautiful sink, but could use a few changes to make it perfect.

Something is wrong!

I purchased two of these sinks a year ago for my bathroom remodel. It is a dual sink vanity. One sink started to show a white ring around the drain. I thought it was mineral deposits from my city water. I used a mild solution to wash it off but it was in the glass. It only got worse. Also the bowl became pitted where the water hit the side of the bowl from the faucet. The other sink is perfectly fine no white ring or pitted surface. Both sinks get approximately the same amount of use. One is mine and the other is used by my wife. I was going to replace both of them and decided to replace only the defective bowl. Hopefully the new one will last longer than the original.

Good match to photo

We were a little concerned that the photograph may not reflect the actual colors, but when we got the sink it proved to be a very good match to the photo. The outside surface of the sink is a matt finish, which bothers my wife a little, but does not concern me as that is not in direct line of sight. The interior surface is beautiful and echoes color tones in the vanity woodwork (oak) nicely. Packaging was excellent and arrived in pristine condition. Not installed yet, but this review required a submission on "ease of installation" and "product durability" so take those ratings with a grain of salt. It would be nice if it came with a stand (it does not) as this is strongly recommended in the installation instructions. If you purchase a VIGO drain the stand is a free accessory.

Gorgeous Vessel Sink Pop Up drain

I bought this product to match the Vigo Russet Waterfall Faucet for my beige travertine vessel sink and I'm very happy with it. As with the other Vigo faucet products, it is packaged so beautifully, you feel like you're opening a present. It is robust and well constructed and the action of the pop-up part feels very sturdy.
