pull down faucet broke within 2 years of purchase

I had hoped that buying a Brizo that I wouldn't have to worry about parts breaking, but within 2 years of use, the pull out faucet assembly totally came a part. It would slip in and out and constantly hang lose despite efforts to fix it. Buying something different this next time around.

Mixed Bag

Ordered two of these: The solid gold and the black and gold. Love the function, even two years in! Great faucet. The black and gold still looks fab--wish I had ordered two, because the "gold" has faded to what can only be described as "champagne bronze"

Can never miss with Brizo products. This faucet was used for a laundry room and works well in this space. This angled spout allows for more room without the full height and looks more refined than typical laundry room faucets.

Leaking uncontrollable

We’ve had this faucet for about 3 years and about a year ago it started a slow drip. Since then it’s gotten to where it’s dripping non stop and leaking from the handle. The handle also squeaks and doesn’t feel solid.

We do a lot of remodels and this sexy faucet is my new favorite. Unique and stylish.

Defective

I purchased this Faucet but the elastic pull down is not going back to original shape. Not happy with my purchase. Brizo needs to fix this issue as many customers are having trouble with it.

Beautiful faucets!

Picked the black and gold combo. Looks great and the quality is solid. Like that the black doesn’t show as many fingerprints. Spray strength is pretty good, docks easily.

Great kitchen faucet

Very attractive and functional kitchen faucet. Especially good for tight installations. Quality is excellent and the look is perfect.

Was expecting a darker gold on the handle and faucet tip. It's alot more silverish than gold/bronze

Kitchen Faucet/Black and Gold

Absolutely gorgeous, wanted to like a cheaper one but fell in love with this one

Beautiful but won't shut off after drawing hot water!

We absolutely love the look of this gorgeous faucet and and the overall functionality of this model in our newly remodeled kitchen --- but it has one big flaw. After running hot water for a few minutes, the faucet handle will not remain in the off / closed upright position. This only happens if we draw hot water long enough to heat up the entire faucet and then run cold -- the faucet handle droops down and the faucet opens. The only remedies when this happens is to either position the handle in a horizontal closed orientation *OR* run cold water until the faucet cools down. This shouldn't happen with any faucet let alone one that costs this much.

Junk Plastic Hose Connections Leaked

Bought one of these faucets in Stainless Steel over a year ago but we've only had it actually installed for three months (September 2022). It looked great, but during the first cold weather event we had where the water into the house got slightly colder than normal the main three way hose junction began spewing water, nearly ruining our sink cabinet. Of course this part is not available separately. I find it appalling that I paid almost $600 for this faucet on sale and it has cheap plastic junk connectors for its most important guts. Do not buy this faucet.
