Nice but

Faucet is very nice, Ferguson staff was knowledgeable and patient and showed me a variety of options. Only problem is that faucet nozzle appears stopped up a little flow wise and I can’t figure out how to take nozzle off to get out any grit without maybe damaging finish and will have to call a plumber. Help!

I like this faucet aesthetically but using it is annoying. The button on top for the sprinkle stream doesn’t stay down , so for me to use it I have to hold it down. And the neck turns so easily there’s no resistance. So if I turn it to the right it’ll move back to the center as soon as I turn it. Not sure if we got a defective one but if they fixed these issues I would recommend this faucet.

Great product, easily to handle

This faucet is very nice and functional. You can get water to every corner of the sink. Easy turn it on and off with 1 finger. Trust they give that warranty for a reason. High quality!

Look no further

Remodeled a 15 year old condo with very hard water that originally had Hansgrohe from the developer. Newer, neighboring buildings have failed plumbing fixtures after a few years, not mine. So I replaced everything with Hansgrohe again

Big disappointment!

Beautiful faucet, but a big disappointment. I purchased this faucet because I had a Hansgrohe at a previous home and loved it. The faucet is well made and looks great, but is lacking overall. The pull down section does not fit comfortably in my hand as I expected. The faucet has limited flow and the flow that comes out of the spray is insignificant. Our home has great water pressure so we thought we would remove the flow restrictor - unfortunately that’s not possible. This faucet was correctly installed by my mechanical engineer husband who has installed several kitchen faucets so the issues cannot be blamed on improper installation or low water pressure. I wanted to return it; however, we threw the box out! Lesson Learned!

The sprayer broke within 2 years

We had these installed in our new office suite and the sprayer on two of our sinks broke within 2 years. We're just now getting around to replacing them, but disappointed in the quality. It looks great still, just functionality isn't there.

Great if it works, good luck if it doesnt

Terrible faucet. Always had problems with it. The spray head cracked started leaking and eventually flew off. Had a very hard time replacing the part as nowhere in Canada had it. Had to order it all the way from New York... Now the hot water supply line is clogged and Masco's customer service is so useless that they cannot even tell me if it's replaceable or not. The part number appears in the manual for it, but no instructions on how to replace it. I got a plumber to try to figure it out and they couldn't. I have to buy a whole new faucet since a hose can't be replaced. Im sure this is similar to many other faucets, but at least they wouldn't tease you like this with a part number... waste of time.

I had previously given this a five. If I could give it a zero I would. Our plumber couldnt install this fixture because of missing parts and not being standard plumbing dimensions.

Great pull-down faucet

This is my third Talis faucet. The pull down sprayer works well. Great for kitchen or laundry room.

Beware

The faucet is beautiful, but the sprayer switch is cheap plastic and does not work well. During two years of ownership, the sprayer often gets stuck in the on position. Now the sprayer is permanently stuck.

Nice, Solid Faucet

Looks nice + it's solid workmanship. No problems with installation, except the way it's packaged, one part is hidden inside the unit. It was hard to find, but plumber eventually found it. The spray is strong enough to get cleaning dishes done without being so strong it makes a mess.

Really like it but wish spray was harder. Had previous faucet from Hansa for 25 years.

Easy install. Nice improvements vs previous ver.

Really like this faucet. It replaced the same faucet we had previously. They have made some improvements in the way the hose retracts and magnetically attaches to the faucet and the hose coupling is now a snap together connection. Be careful not to lose the little tiny screen filter between the hose and handle attachment.

Purchase something else!

Looks great but very poor quality and durability, way overpriced for what you're getting. The hose started leaking in multiple places within months, the shower head is held in place in its retracted position by a cheap plastic clip that eventually completely wears out, leaving it dangling, the shower head button will also stop working properly within a year and stick to a single position. Furthermore, that company, serviced in Canada by Masco Canada, has terribly bad customer service and they do not honor their warranty. Home Depot employees actually use this warranty as a selling point, so beware!

Second Time Around

Had the same faucet in previous house. 150° radius swivel is a great feature. Spray nozzle does not have sufficient pressure, however It may be a regulator washer. Otherwise just as advertised.

Expensive but Worth Every Dollar

I've been wanting to replace our awful and failing kitchen faucet with this Hansgrohe after seeing their plumbing fixtures in the bathroom of a high end hotel in Asia. The design, fit and finish, ease of use and durability are incomparable. This is the gold standard. It puts Delta, Pfister, American Standard, etc. to shame. It's pricey, but you get what you pay for.
