Not sure how easy this was to install since we had a plumber install it. But the quality and the design were excellent. My only complaint is that the water flow pressure is much less than my previous Hansgrohe faucet . I believe the pressure is restricted to meet California standards but it kept me from giving this faucet five stars. But I will keep it because I like the design and the quality.

The sprayer part is plastic with a metal coating. The metal coating started to flake off after only a few months. The spray feature is very weak and basically useless. Could be related to California's ridiculous water use regulations that restrict waterflow to just about every water-using appliance. [Our showerheads provide that refreshing virtual shower experience - you can see the water but the volume does absolutely nothing in the way of actually rinsing you off.] I expected more from this well-known name.

I hate a faucet where you must constantly move a switch back and forth to turn the spray on and off. For this faucet, some people don't like the feature of just pressing a button for the short time you may need a spray and then let it go and it returns back to normal, but I love it. I have had this model in my home kitchen for five years and then we put one in our camper. Because of the low pressure in the camper, we removed the pressure reducer in the faucet. Now we get a very nice spray that isn't too wide, which is especially nice in a small sink. In our house we have good water pressure, so we left the reducer in place. This has a high arc - higher than the one in our kitchen, but it is good for filling a tall pot or bucket.

I gave this a five star, because of how it works, nice spray, nice quality and sturdy, but refined. My edit, will not let me change this to a 4 star, haha, which I would like to do as it has a small hole in the back for the lift lever, which seems to indicate that this is a bathroom faucet and not a kitchen. I had purchased this for a bar sink in the basement, and discovered the hole after it was installed. I was told by a bathroom /kitchen showroom associate that, this was because it is a bathroom faucet. I recently purchased another one for the prep (small) sink in the Kitchen, thinking that the title "kitchen" faucet would mean it didn't have this. So I felt comfortable ordering it again. But same thing, it has the lever. Which won't be used. It is still a lovely scale for the small sink and it works well. So I would say 4 stars. It is a good price on this wayfair site.

Best Faucet I've every owned.On the pricey side but as the saying goes you get what you pay for. It's very heavy compared to others that feel like there made out of tin-foil. The spray head is great as it only sprays when you depress the bar on the back or the head when you let go it's back to stream. Other pull outs I've had always got stuck on the spray option and had to fiddle with it to come off the spray mode. The head fits great up into the base and never falls partway out as the magnet helps hold it into place. Very easy to install took me 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

My partner, an architect, suggested this faucet because in his experience they're just solid and last forever. He's had this line work fine in homes for 15+ years. If this one is that durable, it would definitely earn five stars. The only reason it didn't is because it does swing slightly to the right--won't stay put when I try and position it to the left--which some other people have mentioned, and because you have to hold down the spray button for it to engage, which I knew about from reviews but didn't expect would bug me--but it does. In fairness, I'd give this 4.5 stars if possible.

I like the clean design, and for the first few weeks after installation (by a licensed plumber) it worked well. Recently, however, the spray function no longer goes off automatically when you release the button. It gets a bit frustrating when I was trying to get back to the normal stream of water, but am unable to do so. I am not sure if this is a product design flaw, or whether I have faulty product. I entertain myself by imagining that the tap has a mind of its own, and will switch back to a normal stream of water when it feels like doing so!
