Nice Office Fixture but Salesperson Ghosted Me

I appreciated the sales support leading up to the purchase of this well-designed flush mount. I like the midcentury/bistro vibe, which is a good solution for my home office. I was disappointed by the harsh light the included bulbs emitted, and unfortunately, customer service abruptly ended when I tried to reach my salesperson with a question about a warmer light bulb for use in this fixture. She ghosted me and failed to respond to several emails. So for all the nice things I can say about the light, I am dinging Lumens' salesperson for failing to respond to post-sales email questions and for failing to point me to a softer light source.

Beautiful fixture!

We installed this fixture in a small kitchen and it looks fabulous. The size is perfect for our smaller kitchen - others have mentioned in their reviews that the size surprised them so look at the measurements. Only downfall is that the bulbs included are not very bright. Perhaps not meant for kitchen use but we will supplement the lighting. I love it too much.

Beautiful Light

We bought this light a few weeks ago and we love its form and function. The design is unique looking - modern/minimalist vibe. It is almost flush to the ceiling which works well in our not very tall living room. As a light it works very well- nice and very bright throughout the big room. I was expecting it to be a little bigger (yes, the dimensions are accurate, I just misjudged), but it works well in the room. The electrician who installed it seemed to do it with out complications.

Terrible to install

Attractive fixture. Install is horrible. The fixture is attached with three hex head screws which they supply a small Allen wrench. Beyond difficult to install these tiny screws with this little wrench. Manufacture needs to change screws to small Phillips head screws that a normal screw driver can be used. Due to install, I would not buy again.
