Bad product, the valve is all plastic I would stay away at all costs. The valve broke and caused a flood. It caused a flood throughout our whole first floor.

My contractor said this unit was a good choice for quality and I should be happy with it for years to come.

Started leaking after a couple of months. Wayfair would not replace or refund the product.

The head is too heavy to stay at a 90 degree angle out of the wall. My contractor tried twice but because the head part screws in less than half an inch it hangs downward a bit. It’s nice and works, but it’s not 5 star great.

These look phenomenal. Still in construction so will need to update after use but visually it’s great.

Very nice looking and sturdy.

Installing it requires some handyman equipment. The set is very nice and looks very premium. The flow from the shower head is perfectly balanced. The shower knobs are strong and very durable.

I received a clearly used and returned item from Wayfair.

I was so excited about this- but didn’t realize you needed to literally take apart your wall in order to put it together. Really difficult installation. Once put inside the wall and wired- it has good water pressure and I love the handle. The chrome gets water marks as expected.

This is the nicest shower system I’ve ever seen! It is so very well made! It’s very elegant. It gave my bathroom a nice update! It cleans off super easy. My husband said it was easy to install.

I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review. This shower head was easy to install and was an instant upgrade in my shower. I love that the head tilts as I prefer it tilted while my fiance prefers it to be more of a rain shower. The water pressure does lessen a little with it being spread out but that's to be expected. Have not been able to install the extra handheld as we may have to break tile but I'm quite happy with the shower head!
