Check Your Plumbing!
Check the height of your plumbing before purchasing and thinking this will be a quick swap-out for an existing vanity. The overall height of this vanity is 19.5" +/-. If your drain line is roughed in at 18" (fairly standard), you will need to modify this cabinet or hang it significantly lower to the floor than normal. I had a lot of trouble with the wall cleats and trying to clear the plumbing. I ended up having to mock everything up, attach the wall brackets directly to the vanity and then prop in place and install to wall. This was not an easy task. My wife likes the vanity now that it's hanging and functional, so at the end of the day that's really all that matters!

I originally purchased the 24 in vanity then returned for a 30 inch. Absolutely stunning and the color bikes it over the top.
