Easier to hold than my older, heavier one that it replaced. Works well in all shower modes.

It was easy to install. Loving the 6 spray patterns and no leaks. I will recommend.

I replaced another Moen Hand Held Shower Head with this Shower Head. Very easy to install in less than 10 minutes. It does all that is advertised. I would recommend this product.

Shower head not designed to sit safely in holder. Entire unit cheaply made. Bought 2 and returned the 2.

Pressure is not very good

The angle of spray is way too vertical, too close to the wall. You can not move the spray head out away from the wall. Easy to install…spray is to vertical.

It's easy to install, just be sure to have all the needed tools ( esp. the tape) handy and it will go smoothly. changing the spray is easy and pleasant.
