pretty but leaks

I have 2 Eva-model faucets in my master bath that are 20+ years old. One began to drip, so my plumber replaced the cartridge and aerator, but when all repairs failed to stop the leak, I ordered this new Eva faucet. 5 hours after installation, it began to drip and has steadily gotten worse. When I called Moen for assistance, their only suggestion was to tighten the aerator! I did, but that did not help! By the way...this has the worst aerator design! The stopper also does not stop water from draining out when water is in the basin, despite the best efforts of my plumber. It's as if the stopper is a hair too large. Out of total frustration, I've asked my plumber to go to the plumbing supply house and pick up 2 matching faucets to replace mine with those, then I will return this Moen faucet to my local Lowe's. I am sick of dealing with it - and cheap worksmanship.

Exact replacement. Easy to install.

I had a plumber install them, but he was impressed with them. They are decorative and functional. I would recommend this tyle to anyone.

Installed easily and works great - no drips following install. Other faucet brands can be defective upon installation. Moen is recommended by the plumber I hired to replace the water valves below the sink.

We are happy with our new faucet for our bathroom pedestal sink. The sink is small and the faucet doesn’t overpower the sink. It works well and we are so pleased.

Restrictions, restrictions everywhere!

We've installed new pipes and this item REALLY restricts water pressure. It leave you without enough water pressure to rinse soap out of your hair if you don't do it in the shower.

Very nice looking faucet. Appears to be good quality from early days. Even an elegance to it. Only criticism is the flange is a touch small in diameter and both the flange and stopper do not have enough angle on them so water sits on them both instead of draining.

The new brushed nickel doesn’t match the old brushed nickel it’s much whiter and brighter . I was however very happy with Home Depots prompt delivery

Looks really nice. It was what I wanted size-wise for my counter (did not want a tall pull down). I do need to remove the piece which inhibits the water flow. I had a plumber/handyman install with he did in less than an hour. No leaks!

Pretty but Poor Design to Maintain

I was very happy with this faucet until I had to clean grit buildup out of the faucet and ridiculously unhappy with it when I needed to take the sink plug out to clean the drain. One needs a special device that was not supplied with the unit in the package it came in to remove the aerator piece from the faucet. Took a while to get. THEN to remove the sink plug to be able to clean the drain, one has to go in below the sink, after removing all the stuff in there, use a flashlight cause it’s DARK all the way back where you need to get to and undo a ball joint plug in the back side of the drain to pull back the stem that fits thru the ball joint to be able to remove the sink plug. Good luck getting it back together. I hate this ridiculous design. Shame on you Moen. I’ve called the fricken plumbing company who installed it to remove this mess.

Everything went perfectly and I love the faucet!
