It worked. Was hard to find this part as Moen is constantly discontinuing parts and revamping them. I just needed a few parts off of this, and it was easy to disassemble to get those (did not need to use base of the unit, nor any need to reconnect water lines, as old section could remain in place).

Works great! The Moen Arris Valve trims, towel bars in chrome are great. I like the entire collection, including towel bars, grab bars, faucets, shower arms, towel hooks, and pivoting-toilet paper holders. If Moen made toilet brush holders that are mounted on the wall, I'd have bought that, too. But Grohe makes great ones. BTW, the Moen Iso collection goes well with the Arris collection. I bought Moen's Iso 3-globe light-fixtures and glass shelves. AND THEY ALL HAVE A LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY!!!

I think the quality is excellent but this system which requires a) a temperature valve and b) a volume control (in separate units) quickly becomes expensive and takes a lot of extra time for the plumbers to install. Wish I had not purchased this system.
