Product is just what I expect. Little issue with first one but Supplyhouse is the best and 100% made it right.

Terrible shower nozzle. They originally set me one that had been used. How to take it back to the show room. They returned it and sent me a new one. However no directions on how to install With the actual shower features. Store had to call Is manufacturer To get instructions on how to install.

I tried to order this Symmons valve without really knowing which one I needed. I initially ordered the wrong valve. After a phone call to Symmons I had the correct one ordered. The valve works perfect. Shower is working like new again.

Poor mechanical design, tub spout leaks in shower mode

I had a plumber help me install this and upon testing, the tub spout always leak no matter how far we crank the diverter switch. Then, when we crank the diverter switch to the tub spout mode, the shower leaks water as well. The trim that goes along with this isn't great either (which I'll leave the review on the trim) because the diverter handle isn't tightly gripping the grids to turn the diverter mechanism. Overall, super disappointed after all the work to break the tiles and install the the rough-in valve.

It's made from all the right materials and assembled exactly as it should be. If you install this, you will be doing it right and it will last and last.

Very reputable plumbing manufacturer who provides quality and easy to source replacement parts both online and locally. This shower valve is cast with quality brass and has service stops which allow you to perform repairs and maintenance w/o having to shut down water for the whole house. All that is required for installation is a chosen/selected exterior Symmons trim plate and handle assembly. Be sure and keep the installation sheets and the correct Symmons pressure balancing valve number which comes with this assembly just in case you perform your own maintenance and repairs.

This was replacing an existing shower valve so far it's pretty much straight forward disconnected reconnect it hope there's no leaks check the anti skulls that the temperature make sure the flow is good so far so good everything seems to be working well valve itself is really well-made very very robust field prepare the last a long time I would recommend it

This is obviously a high-end and very well made product....

This is obviously a high-end and very well made product. I have two minor complaints. First, the valve is quite stiff and has a very long "throw," meaning that you need to turn the handle around more than 360 degrees to get to the end. I've found that you need to do that initially to get the hot water flowing quickly. The second observation is that you really need to crank the valve to turn it all the way off. What most would consider normal torque leaves the valve partially open, resulting in a slow drip. I have come home several times to find the shower floor wet from a dripping head. Maybe it will break in a bit, but that is causing me a little concern with my new shower. Otherwise, I love the volume control function and the precision engineering.
