ZERO STARS plastic garbage.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Imagine charging $340 for an all plastic kit. EVERYTHING is plastic. The faucet snapped when I was installing it. The threaded female inset is just glued to the PLASTIC. MOEN should be blacklisted from home depot for even offering a product like this. The shower head itself is massive and sits too close to the wall. The only way to attached the magnet handheld head is to tilt it to the side. What should have been a one hour chore turned into 3 visits to home depot today. It took up my entire day.

Looks great no water pressure! The rotating piece that connects the shower head kills the pressure for some reason.

$200+ and the cartridge fails not even 3 months in now I have to find a new one to replace just to get hot water. I thought moen was supposed to be name brand and not cheap like knock offs

Missing parts

There were parts missing. My contractor had to purchase the missing parts. Not happy.

Love them!! Put them in both my bathrooms. Just wish they sold oil well bronze at HD.

Smaller shower head always leaks

Smaller shower head always leaks even if turned 100% to the larger shower head

Delivery was on time. Love the new shower set, magnetic connection is a game changer. Plus the on/off switch on the hand held shower head has made bathing my pets so much easier

Very nice and good quality, love the magnetic securing of the extendable portion. I will say I expected better water pressure but it’s not bad after removing the blue valve.

How to improve the water pressure

I hope this might help some people with the same issue with the water pressure. They put a aerator/regulator in the shower head where it threads into the stand pipe. You can either take the little black washer out or you can pop the aerator out with a little flat head.

You can increase the water pressure by taking out the aerator or washer from the shower head.

Leaks at shower heads

Installed by a professional plumber and to manufacture spec and can’t stop the bleed through both heads of the shower. For the price you would think you would get quality product but it is obvious that Moen has gone south with their products. I will never buy their products again.

It is very nice and the installation wasn't bad, but the black finish gets scratched so easily. Be very careful when installing and tightening everything up.

plastic AF

So its flimsy plastic. MOEN doesn't know where the landfill is and needs home depot customers to get their product there for them. On to the next.

The handle is the the only part that is not plastic. Not worth the price.

This product was excellent overall!! There were two screws missing that hold the escutheon plate. Moen is sending a whole new escutcheon kit. I had plumbers do the install. They also used the cartridge included with the new valve in the old valve which was leaking. We love the new shower head(s)!

Many flaws

Had this for over about 2 years. The tub spout diverter stays jammed in the "up" position. The showerhead diverter leaks on the unselected head. Both issues have been happening since day one. Very poor quality product from a brand I thought was good quality. Very unfortunate.

Plastic junk, iv done everything possible to keep this thing from leaking between the head itself and the gooseneck pipe and it still leaks. The tub spout is plastic its junk, ive never been so disappointed with moen in my life,
