When you end the arm it doesn’t stay in place. It slowly moves out of position. It was too late to return once you have installed them and then you try them and was disappointed especially considering the cost. They look nice but not functioning as well as I hoped
Credit not received for return
Received correct lamp, but color was much different than represented on website. I returned the lamp 8/29 and STILL have not received credit. I will order another lamp after I receive the credit due. Please advise status.
