Great overall. Purchased as an open-box unit from Goodwill Southern Michigan, and my experience has been great so far. There is a lot more complexity with the motion sensing, but Moen put a lot of thought into installation instructions. It went a lot easier than I thought; I took my time and was done in just over an hour.
