Faulty sensor

Bought this about a little over a month ago and now the motion sensor is acting up, turning on and off randomly. I came in today to find the faucet just running! Not sure how long it had been just wasting water! Absolutely ridiculous for the price point of this faucet. Read another review's response to contract Moen, so that's going to be fun. Also, should be noted that you cannot use the whole faucet if the batteries are out of the faucet.

Didn't include Deck plate

Had to order twice as first order was missing the deck plate. Second order was also missing the deck plate as well as half the needed batteries. Returned and got a different faucet.

Stopped working after 15 days

Absolutely ridiculous. Installed it on October 3rd, 2024. Today, October 18 the faucet doesn't work. 100% cannot get water to flow. There is water supplied, turn the faucet on manually and no water flow in any position. The "eye" had been acting up this week and didn't always work. Well, now it doesn't work and we can't even use it manually. batteries replaced, wire disconnected and reconnected etc. and still nothing. So, when the "smart" part of this faucet goes bad you can't even use it at all. Now that is some seriously gross engineering. Just wow.

Installation went well. I’m pleased with the design and all it’s working nicely.

The faucet was easy to assemble and works well. Good construction and I bought Moen because of the lifetime warranty on parts. The manager of Home Depot Boardman, Ohio help me with a problem on a special order and was fabulous. It took care of me called homedepot.com And worked with me to get the Fossett with all the features I was looking for.

THREE BAD FAUCETS AND MOEN'S OUT

This Moen faucet's handle mechanism failed after a year or so. Impossible to fix. In addition, the clear plastic coating, or whatever it is, started peeling off about the same time. Attempt to use the "lifetime guarantee" failed because I had lost the receipt. This is one of three Moen faucet units that proved not worth the high price. Never more with Moen. I've switched to another make. .

Moen Riley Kitchen Faucet

Purchased online. Received promptly. Scheduled a plumber and when we opened the box it was missing the face plate. One of the other components looks used as well. I paid for a brand new faucet not a used one. I had to pay for plumber to drive all the way out and will have to repay and wait another 3 weeks for him to be a le to install. Big disappointment Home Depot. The faucet itself is perfect. Just wish Moen and Home Depot would check before selling.

Fantastic upgrade

I replaced our 16 year old Moen faucet with this one. Couldn't be happier. Works great and was easy to install. This stainless surface really does not show fingerprints & water stains. Sprayer works very nicely, and the high arch is nice while washing larger dishes. Highly recommended.

It’s great only one problem

The only problem I have is that the pullout hose and the weight sometimes get caught on the plumbing underneath the sink. When I bought this I didn’t know the cold water shut off valve is right below the pullout hose and the weight. I’ve tried a number of ways to prevent them from getting stuck. Your engineers should develop a clamp/ bracket to help prevent this from happening .

The water stream is a little narrow to me because of small diameter aerator causing splashes. I have to keep the dishes much lower to avoid splashes
