As usual, the product, the experience, & selections were exceptional - While this is an inexpensive item for commercial-use in a high-end salon color-lab, it fits the aesthetic & functional requirements perfectly.

Spray head faulty

Been through several spray heads. When sprayer activated the faucet doesn't shut off. Also, Sprayer doesn't always shut off once trigger is released. In order to replace sprayer head, one must buy a complete kit.

I had this installed by a plumber almost 3 weeks ago and I like it very much. It seems sturdy and substantial, and I like the way the hot/cold handle swivels more to each side unlike my old Delta faucet handle. This one is more of a short turn or twist to either side instead of just pushing the handle to the left or right.

I ordered this product because my older faucet also had a sprayer. This product is a little smaller than my original item so its a matter of adjustment. The sprayer did not have a weight on it like my older(other company product), therefore I will have to remember to not pull on it too hard.

Nice faucet system. This is first one I've owned where activating the side-sprayer fully shuts off water to the faucet.

Simple replacement for dated faucets. Plate covers the 8”widespread setup.

Stylish, easy to install and appears very well made. Comes with braided 3/8 in compression connectors ample enough to reach any stop valves. Good value for a modest price.

I had a plumber from Home Depot install this about two weeks ago and it went pretty smooth. So far very happy with it.

Great basic faucet

We needed a good, basic replacement faucet for our kitchen. The side sprayer works great. The temperature of the water is easy to control. A quality purchase.

My sixteen-year-old Moen Chateau faucet was overdue to be replaced....

My sixteen-year-old Moen Chateau faucet was overdue to be replaced. It was leaking water from the faucet handle as well as from the side sprayer. They both leaked even when not in use. Fortunately, Home Depot provided the Chateau model available for online delivery. The package arrived the following day, as free standard ground delivery. The original Moen faucet assembly was a challenge to remove. But with the persuasion of a ratchet extension and deep well socket, I was able to remove the old faucet and side sprayer. The new Chateau model was completely reengineered below the faucet and side sprayer. The new Chateau model did not resemble the old Chateau model below the faucet, in terms of the arrangement of the hot, cold, and sprayer supply lines. The new fixture below the faucet was easy to install, and a far improvement in design from the older version of the Chateau model. I was pleasantly surprised as to the timely delivery of the package. I chose free standard ground delivery. The shipment arrived basically, as an express overnight parcel to my doorstep. Good job to Home Depot, keep up the good work. Thank you. Mike
