Super easy to install, it doesn’t feel like cheap plastic like what you get at the big box stores, instructions are easy to read and follow, hose is all metal and doesn’t kink. Highly recommend (don’t forget your drop ear ell or moen multi function attachment)

I just had this installed with my new bathroom and I only have one function for this spraying wand. I put a call in to the installers and they said they will come back. Is this normal? do you need special control handle to get all 5 functions to work? The one function I get is fine.

Matches the Moen Eva fixtures. Looks sturdy, will update after installation.

The pole assembly is good quality. The shower head is mid for pressure and spray.

This is a great handheld showerhead. Love to use it to rinse down the shower when cleaning. I’ve had it for two years now and I am So glad I got it!

Good product; instructions lacking

Well constructed and the black finish appears to be well adhered. Two issues: hole sizes for the included toggle bolts too small; bottom bracket should have a weep hole and instructions should call for it to be caulked/siliconed on the top.

Looks like it will work very well. I was afraid the holder for the shower wand would not swivel, but it does. You just need to loosen the screw a bit so it can turn to desired position.

Frustrating low flow

This came as part of the builder default for the master bath. Overall the hardware has held up with some light clogging at the head but not a big deal. The biggest issue is the low flow rate. At 1.75 this will not properly rinse longer hair. Want to rinse your shower wall and floor? It’s a pain in the neck. As someone said the flow restrictor cannot be removed. I am replacing this with the Kohler model that has a 2.5 flow rate instead.

This is a beautiful piece but doesn’t include the ell drop that attaches the handheld to the wall and water pipe. I didn’t know until the plumber came so it set my installation back.

Awesome shower head with slide bar! Beautiful and works excellent even after years of use! Slides nice and smooth with easy lock that holds tight in the position/height you want the head to stay.
