Rug came dirty and wasn't even the pattern or thickness of the rug I ordered so I send it back. Disappointing

Stinks and completely warped. This rug is recycled with a hard, (probably prior returned) rug underneath it. Ive tried letting it air out for over a month but still smells like chemicals. The lines are all off.

It has a soft feeling but there are a few bumps in it that don’t seem to lay down and I have had it for a week. Customer Service was great so I will decide if I want a different one
