Poorly fitting electrical box cover plate

Ther fan is beautiful and works great. The problem is that the round decorative cover plate that is supposed to cover all the wiring and electrical box on the ceiling does not fit correctly and cannot be adjusted to sit flush with the ceiling. So, this leaves an ugly gap between the cover and ceiling.

Fantastic fan and easy to install and operate

Wanted to up grade the ceiling fan. So many choices but I settled in on this one due to the sleek design and remote control. Just remodeled my bedroom and was looking for a fan that would be beautiful and work well to circulate air making the bedroom more comfortable. Beauty and function.

I wish I could give zero stars for this experience. I ordered the Franny Elianna, but received a Monte Carlo fan instead. I contacted Joss & Main (Wayfair) customer service immediately to clarify if they were the same item under different names. I was instructed to open the package fully and take pictures of the item.

Absolutely gorgeous! My brother purchase the same fan and paid much more. I love the look of this fan!

Great fans with beautiful lines

Love these fans. I have them in every bedroom. Two of the remotes did not work and the company went out of their way to help me reprogram them and ended up sending new ones at no charge. Highly recommend.

Love so much I bought again

I love this fan. It is virtually silent, and gorgeous to look at. Have used in multiple rooms. Always get compliments on this fan.

Its been about 8 months since it has been installed, and one of the blades warped about 3 inches, so the whole thing wobbles now. Very disappointed.

I have purchased this fan many times for my clients. It has a nice clean, updated look. Love it!
