Terribly Deceitfu!

Do not purchase from this company! After lying about when item would be delivered, I canseled order. I sent TWO communications, andxa cansel notice was sent to fed ex. Then it was scheduled an "Angie" person to come to "set up" at 9:00 pm on a Saturday night. It was still delivered, left outside. Im 62 year old senior who cant move the item. This is a scam! Do not purchase!!!!!

The main support broke in half after very little use. Would not recommend

Well-Made Futon

Very well-made futon....moves very smoothly into many positions. It is quite comfortable with standard or upgraded futon mattresses. Fits any decor!

Disappointed

We did not like the fact that we have to pay for return shipping as we decided the item was not what we expected. The cost for return shipping is quite costly and is not worth the bother. Now stuck with trying to dispose of/sell the item.

Brought this as a Christmas present for my daughter. She set it up day after Christmas and it broke less than a month later. The company wouldn't do anything to fix this even through it is a manufacturing defect. Dont waste your money.

Great product for price.

This is great for a guest room. It's a bit funky to put back as a couch, but we're able to figure it out. It looks nice in the guest room as far a design goes.

Good value for the money, works

Easy to put together and I like the way that it looks. But because of how it’s angled it’s hard for a short person to get out of it.

Love this futon. Well made and very comfortable to sit in or to sleep on.

Sturdy Futon Frame, a bit difficult to assemble

We purchased this frame for our son's first apartment. It was complicated to put together and isn't as easy to fold up and down as we hoped. It has held up for five years and he really likes how it looks.

Comfy and Sturdy!

This is a well made futon frame! I bought it for a loft area and it was a bit tough getting the boxes up the circular stairs, but once up there, it was easy to assemble!

Great for a den that doubles as a guest room.

This futon is great for smaller spaces. It has simple clean lines and easy to operate. Not difficult to assemble but two people would be best.

very happy with my Monterey Full Futon

We have used the futon during the summer with my granddaughters visiting for 6 weeks and it is the most comfortable futon I have ever sat slept on.

Well-made, sturdy, hope it will last many years.

Very sturdy futon. Though complicated to install, so many pieces. Took three people to put it together. Did not realize the package would be so heavy, feel for the UPS driver. The cotton mattress was good.

back killing futon sofa

The frame is sturdy, that's not the problem. The problem is with how it positions one's back while sitting on it. Amazingly uncomfortable.
