I purchases this item back late April and it was delivered within the time frame that the company told me it would be. Boy! That doesn't happen often these days. Ojcommerce was a pleasure to deal with when I called to check on my delivery. yes there is an actual phone number to call.The futon is just as pictured, heavy in weight and wood is super in color. It was also very easy to put together thanks to the great instructions and color coordinating dots.Love the mattress cover also!

Good quality futon. Sturdy wood. Nice mattress! Should last for years. Took a while to set up, but 2 of us did it. Real heavy duty!k
Great look and comfortable
Purchased this the beginning of March. Took it to our cabin and slept on it for the first time a couple of weeks ago and very comfortable. Very heavy, which means it is good wood and will last a long time. Only thing I don't like is it takes 2 people to set it back up into couch position. We may just need to practice more. Love it.
