One of the worst purchases I ever made

This is the worst thing I ever purchased in my life. They promised 8 inches and the mattress is not even 6 inches. It is soft to the point where it sinks directly down to the surface of the frame, so the comfort level is that of a 2-inch mattress.

Not accurate on thickness

I looked for weeks for a futon and finally settled on this. It's an 8" mattress. It's comfortable enough but I have a mattress pad and 1" foam on it.I'm attaching pictures of my "8" mattress. It's been open several weeks so it does not need to adjust itself

It's okay, if money had not been a factor, I would have gone with the thicker mattress.

Buy better

quality is not great. Item is compressed/vacuum sealed never regained its shape. you get what you pay for. Luckily it is for the kiddos.

I Woukd Buy Again

This futon mattress is extremely comfortable and has held up beautifully since our purchase. I highly recommend.

Heavy but saggy

The mattress we received was the correct size and dimensions. It does not look like the photo, and sags considerable in the middle on the top. Just looks sloppy on the futon. It will serve the purpose which it was intended for occasional use. I should have spent a little more money for a higher quality piece.

Not very thick, and not very comfortable. Seems to be the norm. If I did not have a older (now too lumpy) futon mattress that was actually super-comfortable, I would think this product were the only possibility.

We've had this futon mattress for 4 years, and it feels the same as when we initially purchased it. Well-made, comfortable, and long-wearing. A must-have for your guest room or living area.

This mattress was no where close to 8 inches and not very soft. The only reason I didn’t return is because the company was going to charge me to return. I would not recommend.

great but may need a pad over top

I bought this mattress a few years ago, and it's been used frequently by adults for overnight stays as well as for couch seating. It's held up well and is comfortable, though the springs an be felt through the fabric.

Don't buy it!

It's NOT 8 inch, only 4 inch. Very disappointed.

Flat and Uncomfortable

This mattress is certainly not 8 inches. It is thin and so so so uncomfortable. I can feel the frame of the futon each time I sit down. There is no way any can sleep on this thing.

Not a mattress stay away

This "mattress" is paper thin. I can feel the wooden base of my futon even after let it sit out to expand. It's more cotton than anything else. Do not buy this mattress. It is a rip off.

Definitely not as thick as advertised. Not really sure how comfortable it will be for my guest sleeping on it, but it will have to do. Did come with an odor that resolved after a couple days.
