This is the area rug in my office/guest room. It is calming and perfect for this space. I have noticed a couple of threads coming up though, and am concerned about this.

We had bought these tugs from Macy's many years ago and needed to replace a few of them due to wear from our dogs. we first went to Macy's and were about to purchase them when we decided to look online for other retailers. Incredible Rugs and Decor popped up, they had more choices on sizes and they were half the price!!! They arrived in a few days and look wonderful. They match the old rugs exactly and go very well with our decor. Will come back if we need other rugs.

We purchased this rug for our living room to go with another in the dining room. It's perfect and we love it. I was hesitant to commit to the purchase until I was reassured I could return it if it didn't work.

Beautiful Rug

This rug has beautiful colors and incredible detail. With the pad under the rug it feels luxurious and the pile height is perfect. The only issue is that the larger size rug came folded instead of rolled up because the length of the roll was too long for shipping. It took a while for the folds to work themselves out (with some assistance in rerolling a few times). My wife loves it and looks at the detail and colors in the rug every day.

I love the rug. When I ordered the rug I initially asked to have it delivered to my house in Moose Lake. The next day I contacted HOM Furniture and asked to have the rug delivered at the same time I was having a Klik Klak couch delivered. I received an email from Kim at HOM Furniture on March 30th stating the rug will be delivered with my other items on April 7th. On April 7th the Klik Klak couch was delivered but not the rug. I called HOM Furniture and was told the rug is scheduled as a pick up order and the next time they could deliver to Moose Lake is two weeks. As a result, I picked up the rug myself. I was quite disappointed.

Nice Quality/Quick Shipping

This area rug is perfect in my dining room. The color and texture is as I expected from the online picture. And, shipping was quick, only a matter of a few days. My only regret is not ordering earlier and avoiding a price increase.

Worth Waiting For!

After looking at thousands of rugs on-line we found this one with matching Runner! Having coordinated oriental rugs in our front entry hall was something we wanted and we’re so happy to find we could get these in the lengths and widths we needed. Now the waiting… one month, then two, then three, then four with late notices along the way. This first rug due in February finally arrived in July. Five months late but worth the wait! Vibrant colors, beautifully aligned weave, and arrived I damaged! Now waiting for the matching runner!
