Quality Product, Lacking Instructions

The shower door and hardware are heavy duty and of good quality. We installed this ourselves without trouble but the instructions are lacking details. The screws provided for the upper and lower track were not long enough to secure through a fiberglass shower surround and into the studs (not using wall anchors) so longer stainless steel screws had to be purchased. The frosted glass does have a bit of a green tint to it but not any more than other thick glass fixtures.

This door came without Instructions! and on Wayfair you can't just download them!!! So it was a headache.

They send me wrong color of door handle that is bad because I can’t exchange.

I’m in the middle of installing as I write this. I’ve installed shower doors before (Kohler) so I already know it’s not for the faint of heart. Good thing I have had experience b/c portions of the instructions are actually incorrect! You need to know that when you touch glass there needs to be rubber. Surprised to see such a blatant mistake. It came packaged well, but I’ll probably replace the screws it came with for much longer screws. Also, you better be sure your walls are plum—just found out mine are not so I’ll have to figure something out for that. Sigh.

Doors are to heavy, almost 100 lbs apiece! . No side frames that mount on the walls to help anchor the fixed door and hold in the sliding door. No bottom track to act as a splash guard and help guide the sliding door. Poorly written installation guide leaving the installer to guesstimate most of the installation. Overall would definitely not recommend this product.

Really happy with the door. Nice thick glass. Slides nice, quiet and smooth.

I've purchase 2 of these units now. They are a bit difficult to install, mostly due to the install instructions not being very good. Not for the home remodeler. Have a licensed contractor do it, it's worth the money.

Shower Door

Shower Door is great, works well and looks good; as usual the instructions aren't overly helpful but thankfully had some help that knew what to do and properly squared walls and put in joists to withstand the usage.

Purchased 10mm Glass - A Disaster

Purchased six months ago. An installation disaster. First problem - the upper wheel on the sliding door hit the support on the fix door. 20 hours later of trouble shooting, including two re-installs, problem was the upper rail is not stiff or strong enough for the 10mm glass door. As the door slides, the rail flexes down and the wheel hits the support - KLUNK. This was eventually fixed with an additional spacer I made.
