This is a really beautiful shower surround but be aware it is quite difficult to install - especially if your walls are not perfectly square and plumb. It definitely requires two people - one to hold the glass panels while one secures them. Once it's in though it is quite lovely.

Easy to Install

I will admit I did not attempt to install this shower enclosure myself, I paid to have a local contractor do it as part of a bathroom remodel. As my contractor was delayed by a family emergency I did read through the instructions a couple of times to see if I could handle the job, but mainly due to the cost of this product I did not want to risk a costly mistake, so I waited. And I'm glad I did, it looks great! The only problem we ran into was the fact that my walls were no longer prefectly squared with the floor (older house), so that threw off the edges a bit, but nothing too noticeable. It definitely met my expectations.

Opened the product right away and did the parts checklist. 3 months later I go to put it together and its missing parts!!! checklist was wrong, now I gotta do a song and dance.

Forget of all the package arrived with missing parts. Contractors obviously couldn't wait and fadge a shortcut.

Danger!

The return 38" panel EXPLOADED in the crews hands after just lifting it vertically into position. Did not hit anything and was not lifted from flat position. Was lifted vertically off wall in box. Glass cut up 2 installers and damaged adjoining vanity.... need replacement panel ASAP.

Looks great

I used this in a curbless shower I built for a customer. Was a fairly easy install. She (and I) didn’t like the square tube provided for the floor at the door opening, so I didn’t install it. Water doesn’t run out anyway. Other than that a good product.

great looking shower. you better be an expert to put this one in. there are not a lot of pieces but the in instructions are really bad. pictures are poorly numbered and the translation is horrible. alignment of everything is critical for a proper fit. if your walls or floor are the slightest bit out of alignment you will have fit issues. but after all of that the shower looks really nice and functions smoothly.

superior shower

We were extremely pleased with the shower enclosure. It was delivered promptly, in excellent condition. The packaging ensured that all pieces -mostly glass - arrived intact. Construction/installation directions were clear and easy to follow, even for amateurs. Because the product was not purchased with a base, we contacted the seller directly for help procuring the proper size shower pan. They were extremely happy to help and we now have a beautiful new shower area. A second bathroom renovation is on this summer's agenda and we would definitely use this vendor for our new design.

the door is not the same width from top to bottom. Need to be trimed

Disappointed!

Like so many reviews said, the instrument is unreliable. And the biggest problem is the door has not the same width from the top to the bottom which results in a gap between two doors either on the top or on the bottom. My contractor has to trim it, but it still looks not very vertical. It's very annoying! I will ask all my friends to avoid this brand shower door!
