only reason for my 3 star is i do not hav heater onstalled yet. it arrived promptly in good condition an looks great. i hope to install soon an will review my rating at that time..so far so good!!

[Rewarded Review] LP Tank hardware not included

I cannot believe it does not come with anything to hook it up to a LP tank. It shows it as a nice portable LP heater but unlike almost every other gas heater it does not come with the hookup hose. Even my grill has a regulator and a hose to connect to the LP tank. I haven't even had a chance to test it since I am having to find the right hardware to connect it to the tanks.

Shipping charges

Room for improvement. Charged shipping on last 2 orders that were busted up and charged shipping on both. Not very customer friendly. started out as one order and because of your application the order was split up into 2 separate orders. A dollar is a dollar especially for folks on fixed SSA income.

Customer service is amazing and quick to respond. The product came I perfect condition. The connection we used was based off of a review on Amazon because it doesn’t come with the connector you need that attaches the product to the hose

Keep yourself warm in winter

Great heater better than expected. We bought this for our dogs to heat their pool house. We decided to keep for ourselves and installed another gas heater for them. This is a well made heater and very efficient.

Mr Heater 30,000 btu propane heater

It’s made cheaper than the ones from three years ago. Very flimsy . Puts out heat but not as much as the older ones.

The heater was nicely packed and arrived on time. We mounted it and had no issues with installation. The wall mount made it easy to hang on the wall. We wished it came with a fan.

Cabin Heating

I was looking for heater that don’t rely on electric to work. After doing a ton of research I purchased a 30,000 btu and 4 10,000 btu heaters. They have worked flawlessly. Easy installation. Also installed optional fan an all. During the winter months we have left the 30,000 btu heater on the lowest setting and has kept our cabin at a temperature between 53-58. As we use our cabin year round and we needed to keep our cabin at a constant temperature so that our water pipes won’t freeze.

these are real nice for power outages! they work very well on small propane tanks

This heater was intended to be used to heat unoccupied residence for short periods but is not designed or intended for such use as we found out after reading manual of instructions.

On average they only last 2 years then start messing up
