What is super cheap tons of broken pieces
I love the color, but the item was delivered damaged.
Poor packaging
Ordered this item three times and it arrived broken all three times. Definitely not packaged safely. The wood is cracked in every box. Wouldn’t order it again.
Product may possibly be broke on delivery
Item was found broken in several pieces after delivery. Will be sending back for refund though be wary the return process is a hassle as these fireplaces are 150lbs + and roughly 6 ft long.
Busted and cheaply made for price
Ordered this entertainment center for over $800 and it came in all busted up. Returned and reordered because I really liked it and the wrong one came in. Lowe’s was not helpful in anyway. This was a birthday present that I had waited weeks for and I had waited all for nothing. It was nothing but a headache and waste of my time. Will never shop at Lowe’s again.
