Product exceeded expectation. Impressive build quality. Manual was clear and instructions made for a straight forward and easy installation. I do have one suggestion. I beleive that you could improve the ambiance of the product by incorporating an audio chip (controlled by the remote) and small speakers with the sounds of a crackling fire.

Huge props to this company. I received my fireplace less than 24 hours after ordering it. It came in perfect condition. The measurements are exactly as specified in the details online and it fit perfectly into my existing fireplace. The display is really nice and much more realistic than lower end ones I was considering. You get what you pay for and I'm so glad I chose to treat myself with this unit. Being able to have the fire on without heat is awesome for year round use. On a rainy summer evening when it's 90 degrees outside, I will turn it on for the relaxing ambiance. Everyone who sees it thinks its a great update to my 1954 home.
